We are close to Windansea Beach and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, location, location and the community. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with mature children. This is a 1st floor end unit with lots of sun and a nice view. Free street parking. The hammock, lawn chairs, hot tub and BBQ are for community use including AirBnb guests. New kitchen and appliances with lots of amenities. Wifi is 90+mbps!

This house is a great way to relax when you taking a break from touring the city. The kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig coffee, plates and sink. The game room has a pool table. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with families and it's very safe. It's not an area you walk around in to visit coffee shops. All major attractions are 10-15 minutes away by car. Your private floor is on the lower level. I sleep/work on the upper level.

This room has it's own private entry through the patio doors. 0.4 mile walk to Fanuel Park which has great views of Mission Bay. 0.8 mile walk to the beach and pier! 0.3 mile walk to Garnet Ave which has many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops. We provide beach towels and body boards if you’d like to get in the water. :)
