Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Visit National Acadia Park, Bar Harbor, Winter Harbor & many towns in between.

Our little piece of paradise is located oceanfront to the Atlantic. The space is a unique one-of-a-kind build, showcasing the natural beauty of West Jonesport. The main level hosts a king size master suite, beautiful chefs' kitchen, and 180-degree views. Enjoy the upper deck while getting lost in a book, grilling dinner or sneaking away to the private outdoor shower space. From the deck, you can access the downstairs where you will find an additional bedroom, bathroom and porch/deck.

Need to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Enjoy a reprieve at the ocean’s edge with a private, 1,400’ white sand beach, backdropped by a fresh water pond. Rise with the sun, stroll the beach and wind down with the colorful hues of the reflections of a setting sun. A true chance for that needed reset. A simple retreat after exploring Downeast Maine, Acadia National Park, Campobello Island or hiking the nearby nature trails on Great Wass Island and the Bold Coast Trail.

Our 1.4 acre shore-front family retreat began an 18 month renovation Fall of 2018 & only opened recently - Dishwasher, new beds, Hi-speed Internet no data limit. We fell in love with this quiet coastal sanctuary, the perfect place to reconnect with nature while staying on grid. ☪ At night you'll experience deafening silence under the natural light of the stars. High-speed Internet keeps you connected.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in a quaint fishing village. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck in the rear of the house or enjoying the water views from the balcony off the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a quiet living area. Harbor views abound from this lovely home. The home is pet friendly as well. The home is located close to three lobster pounds, a town landing with boat ramp, and a major series of hiking trails are just a two minute walk away.

Nestled on a quiet road right against the Atlantic ocean is where you'll find Ohana Inn's "Milbridge Harbor View House". This quaint 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath has a full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, a back patio looking out to the backyard and ocean, and a kid's playroom at the front of the house making this a perfect home away from home for you and the kids. A perfect location for watching the sunrise and set or just sitting outside on a warm day and reading a good book.

This newly constructed cottage offers space, privacy, waterfront, and a private beach. It is located on a private lane with only 3 other homes and just minutes from the center of town. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the breakfast nook or on the covered deck overlooking the bay while watching the sea birds and seals or possibly seeing the deer roaming the property. Summer months, you can watch the lobstermen busy hauling the days catch at a short distance.

Oceanfront Nordic cabin perched on the edge of Dyer Bay surrounded by large cedar and spruce trees. A perfect retreat nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood off the beaten path. This is where you get away from it all, and enjoy proximity to all the best of Downeast. The view is spectacular, the wildlife abounds and the WiFi is fast! Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS.

Shore Haven - Oceanfront Home in Corea by the Sea

Peak Season (July & August 2027): Weekly rentals only, Sunday arrival/departure. Enjoy this charming cedar-shingled cottage with 1,850 sq. ft. of single-level living. Features include an open-concept kitchen, dining, living, and sunroom area with spectacular ocean views, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a library off the main bedroom with a double bed. Beautifully landscaped grounds slope gently to 240 feet of dramatic oceanfront.

Escape to Sandy River Beach

Bella Vista is a cozy, 2 bedroom house with views of Englishman's Bay and Roque Island. The house is set just a few feet away from the soft white sand of Sandy River Beach. You will enjoy magnificent ocean views and comfy accommodations. Stroll the ½ mile sandy beach collecting sea glass and other treasures washed in by the waves. At low tide, hike across the sand bar to explore a nearby island.
