sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained, exceeding expectations. The location offered convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Communication with the host was seamless and responses were prompt and helpful. The provided amenities, such as kitchenware and linens, were of expectations. My family enjoyed our stay and the caretakers were attenteive and helpful. Overall, the experience was exceptional and contributed to a memorable trip.

10/10 – Would definitely book again with friends! We chose this property because we were looking for a private and cozy spot to celebrate and unwind and it did not disappoint! The place is spacious, homey, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. Miss Ana was such a thoughtful host. She even welcomed us with a sweet gesture: fresh pineapples and bananas waiting for us when we arrived! There’s convenient parking just outside the property, which was super important for us. Towels and basic toiletries were also provided - just one less thing to worry about. We spent the night playing music, singing our hearts out on karaoke, and exchanging stories till the early hours. While there’s no aircon in the living room, we simply opened the doors of the two bedrooms with AC units and let the cool air flow - it worked like a charm!

We had a wonderful stay! Ms. Leda is a great host, she was very responsive and accommodating, making everything smooth and stress-free. The unit was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location is also excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. It’s also very family-friendly, which was perfect for us traveling with kids. Also, the security guards were very polite and helpful, adding to the overall safe and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

This was the fastest booking I have ever experienced in Airbnb. The host was able to confirm our booking immediately. This is a great place for travelers who only wishes to leave their belongings, sleep, eat, and explore. Bunk bed with cabinet, dining table, kitchen, and towel for each guests are provided which gives relaxation to 4 guests.

The hosts are very accommodating, i love the vibe of the condo unit, it’s very homey. The place is walkable to landmarks as expected, theres free toiletries, sheets and other stuffs, they have a table and chairs at the balcony wherein we enjoyed while having breakfast/meryenda. Thank you! 💓
