The 1st floor offers more privacy, vaulted ceilings and a more grandiose vista of the sea. Each floor plan and décor are unique, all in the range of 2000 sq. ft. Each villa comes with complete kitchen, granite lunch counter seating four comfortably, washer/dryer and 2 bathrooms.
