#01 Close to everything w/great natural light

Located in a downtown light industrial area, this apartment complex is still under renovation. The area and the exterior may appear rough/gritty, but the interiors are remodeled with stylish, comfortable furnishings. Located five blocks from the center of downtown Billings and a mile from Billings Clinic, St. Vincent’s hospital, and Riverstone Health. Two blocks from the Yellowstone Art museum and within walking distance of many of the microbreweries that Billings is becoming known for.

*Cheerful home facing city park*

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful newly remodeled home. This charming home is located conveniently between Downtown Billings and Interstate 90 making for easy travel anywhere in Billings. It is 5 minutes from the hospitals and 8 min to Billings Logan International Airport. The home is directly across from Billings South Park a 16 acre, mature park which includes giant shade trees, picnic areas, a gazebo, swimming pool, spray park, basketball courts, and baseball fields.

Bo's Old West Landing w/Hot Tub and Sunrise Views

Uniquely modern Montana experience - Come enjoy your stay and take in the custom Montana fir floors, new appliances, stacker washer and dryer as well as a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. This unit has three spacious rooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed. And the upstairs/loft bedroom has its own queen bed. The main floor bathroom has a large custom tiled shower with a stacker washer and dryer.

Refuge Under the Rimrocks - 1 Bedroom Apt.

We were one of the first four airbnbs in our city eleven years ago and have hosted folks from all over the world. We've recently upgraded the apartment with fresh paint and a new smart t.v. This is a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dining area. Bedroom has queen bed. Also queen hideabed in living room. Private entrance & offstreet parking. We live upstairs and are available if you have questions. We love to provide fresh homemade muffins.

Hospital Corridor Apartment

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This house was originally built in 1900, then moved to Billings from Broadview in the 1940s. I bought the house in 2004, when my daughter was small, and have lived here ever since. It is a work in progress. Between 2010-13, I had the basement remodeled. I love the yard, and in the summer, I spend a good part of my day outside working in it.

*Brand New* Velvet Cowboy Loft

You’re coming to Montana, let’s make it memorable!!! Featuring local Western art, super cozy with touches of velvet in every room, and a little sass for fun. Right below the loft is an adorable coffee shop (Maple Moose) and a local pizza place. Three parks and the Yellowstone River are all within walking distance. Beautiful view from the balcony! Blackout shades for great sleep and a Nespresso for a great morning.
