Cosy self Contained Apartment on a small 5 acre working horse training property based in Penrose, Southern Highlands NSW Our apartment can accomodate a couple or a family of 4 making it an easy choice for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the beautiful Southern Highlands. Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!
