The Cabin at Chair 4

Closest home to any chair lift south of Mammoth - 41 feet away from the back patio! Legitimately ski in, ski out. Seconds from the summer bike lift! Don’t waste time and money dealing with remote parking lots. Wake up and go. Family friendly and newly remodeled. Bright, open, airy. Have a monster day then enjoy the wood burning fireplace, well equipped kitchen, games for kids and adults, cable and blazing WiFi. Most dogs accepted (w/ approval + small add'l cleaning fee).

With the San Benardino national forest just a mile away, you'll have hikes and sledding spots to explore. Big Bear ski resort and Village is just a short drive away. Our neighbours cabins are vacation homes so they are unoccupied 95% of the year. The cabin is 580 sq ft.

Bass Family Retreat- A Spacious and Quiet Home

Nestled in the relaxing Boulder Bay neighborhood, this home is surrounded by pines, including one that comes up right through the back deck. Only a few minutes from the village and 15 from the slopes, Bass Family Retreat is one of the best values in Big Bear Lake. You can walk to a marina a rent a boat, bicycle into town or just relax in the hot tub for star gazing or watch the sunrise. First fireplace fire is included!
