Single nights available Sunday-Thursday, no cleaning fees, a light breakfast is included, and a kitchenette and covered BBQ are available. Plenty to do in the Wairarapa so enjoy exploring. Milk, teas, coffee, condiments etc available. This is my home (not a dedicated Airbnb house) so I hope you feel as much at home as I do. This newly built self contained guest unit has uninterrupted beautiful views from the bedroom and private outside space. Located near Masterton hospital and golf club, you can be at Castlepoint, Riversdale, or Greytown and Martinborough for beaches, vineyards, tramping or boutique shopping within 20-45 minutes. Ideal for a couple or solo traveller there is a private outside BBQ and patio space, wifi and car parking on site. The unit is a 4km paved walk to The Queen Elizabeth Park and CBD

You’ll love my place because of Its proximity to town, the studio is a short 2 min walk from the Queen St shopping precinct, great cafes and restaurants and only a casual 5 min stroll to QEll Park. The two storied Studio is tucked in behind the 1879 cottage with its own private deck, comfortably appointed for couples seeking a Wairarapa getaway or business travellers needing a central location.

The View

On a plateau overlooking the Ruamahanga river valley is our cosy two bedroom fully self contained cottage. The views are jaw dropping, backdropped by the Tararua Ranges. On the river flats below, summer crops form a patchwork of different colours. Above, the big sky can be an endless blue or filled with rolling banks of cloud and truly spectacular sunsets. At night the wondrous canopy of stars is why the region is an official International Dark Sky Reserve. It’s all utterly peaceful.

Walnut Cottage, a rural idyll

Relax 10 minutes from town in a charming country cottage with all mod cons. Close enough to amenities to explore town but quiet enough to see and hear the tui's, kereru and Ruru (morepork owls) at night. There is a creek running through the bottom paddock for kids to splash in or explore for eels while you enjoy the sun on the patio. It is a great spot for a romantic getaway or a family break in the country. There are lots of walks around, animals to see and the tranquility is unbeatable.

1890s Charming Country Cottage with garden

Escape to this loveable 1890s cottage on a 2.6‑hectare organic garden estate. Sleeps 6 in 3 cosy bedrooms, perfect for creative retreats, family weekends or nature lovers—yet just a short drive from town. It has a wood fire, heaters and electric blankets. The cottage is well decorated and equipped with essentials. There is one queen, one double, and two single beds, all with quality linen IMPORTANT: The double room is accessed through the single bedroom. Please note before booking.

Swan Lake Gardens Country Cottage.

This cottage is situated in the country in a farm setting.We are 2 kms from the Airport and on the road to Gladstone vineyard . It is a 5 min drive to the Kuripuni shopping complex with many restaurants, a movie theatre and a supermarket on hand . The gardens are open to our guests where you will enjoy seeing the mute swans and other birds including a pet peacock. This cottage is not suitable for young children we have farm machinery and large open water spaces on the property.

A lovely two bedroom Lockwood bach at Castlepoint. Open plan kitchen, dining, lounge. A great deck to enjoy the view! Comfortably sleeps 4 in 2 Queen rooms along with a nice leather sofa-bed in the lounge. The property is set just over half way up Guthrie Crescent so you know the view is a winner.
