Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located tiny home. This home features one bedroom with on-suite bathroom, loft bedroom, 2nd full bathroom, central air conditioning, WIFI, washer/dryer, fully fenced with security camera in placed and a full kitchen to provide a comfortable experience during your stay. Located near Robinson Shopping Mall, S&R and restaurants that give you the night-life culture within the city. The location is very close to Magsaysay Avenue.

This guestroom is separated from our main house which gives guests ample privacy. It is highly accessible: walking distance from a cafe and a grocery store, 5-minute drive from the airport, 10 minutes to the town proper, and 30 minutes to the nearest beach. It is perfect for travelers on an adventure in Catanduanes. Aside from the free breakfast, we also arrange budget-friendly Catanduanes island tours that include visiting Binurong Point, Bato Church, and many more - exclusive to our guests.

Dagos tabi kamo sa Tata Rock 4710! The house draws inspiration from Brutalist architecture—its form and texture echoing the greyish-white sands of Buenavista Beach. Many of the pieces you’ll find here were lovingly repurposed from our grandparents’ ancestral homes and our family house in Pinontingan. In our effort to live more sustainably, we sourced most furnishings from local artisans, secondhand markets, surplus stores, and even junk shops, each item carrying its own story and charm.
