Just a 3-5 minute walk away is the Albay Provincial Capitol, Legazpi's City Hall, St. Gregory the Great Cathedral, Gregorian Mall and many fast food and casual dining restaurants and 24hour convenience stores. With a single jeepney/tricycle ride, you can easily get to the malls of Legazpi and transport terminals where you can take a ride to the various tourist destinations of Albay and surrounding provinces.

It's a fully furnished studio unit. It's located at the 2nd floor with 7 Eleven convenience store on the ground floor and laundry shop. Its located at San Juan Bautista St, in front of Partido State University (PSU). McDo is 0.5 km away. Guest has the option to check in at 8 am and check out at 12 noon, or check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 noon. Contact the host on your preferred time. We give weekly and monthly discount. We provide Pili airport transfer for 2k one way.
