Matt and Jo’s place is just a walkable stone’s throw from the entrance to all the great Freycinet National Park hikes, an unbeatable location if you want to start your hikes early! While there isn’t a large grocery store nearby due to the remote setting, the pantry was thoughtfully stocked with oils, spices, teas, and other basic ingredients, which made cooking easy. The views of the mountains from the house are absolutely stunning, and the surrounding wildlife made the experience even more special. It’s a very family-friendly home, with plenty of board games available after a day of hiking. We were a family of five and really appreciated the extra bedroom they offered us on the first floor. A wonderful stay all around.

We love Lara's place in Bicheno. This was the second time we stayed in Lara's house. It is a beautiful spot and the house is so well appointed. It all makes for a very relaxing stay!

We had a lovely stay at Seakeeper. The house is walking distance to all the cafes etc and Redbill Beach, well located for Freycinet NP and wineries, homely and comfortable, and has a huge fully fenced backyard for the doggos. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and cookware. Our dogs really liked being able to lounge around in the warm, fully enclosed back verandah. There are 3 grumpy little yappers next door but they only go off for a short while when you go out the back. Wifi is getting reset between guests as the settings seemed to have been wiped.

Very happy with the place. Lovely charm and plenty of things to do.

A unique experience , Scott’s place is a wonderful peaceful getaway , surrounded by trees within a very short stroll to the beach . The floor to ceiling windows really make you feel like your emersed in the natural environment . The contemporary design , well stocked kitchen and facilities in general make for a very comfortable stay . The fabulous beach and easy reach of the Freycinet peninsula make this an ideal place to explore Tasmania’s incredible east coast . Watch the sunrise over the freycinet peaks then go for a morning dip , it doesn’t get much better .

Pete's place was great, modern, had great ocean views from all living areas and main bedroom. on the outskirts of town in a relatively new quiet street. Recommended for families. Really enjoyed our stay. A tip - you need to book the penguins at least 2 or 3 days out (for Easter period at least), we found out the hard way.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay in Bicheno at this comfortable home. The home is older, but being lovingly renovated by the owners. There is a brand new kitchen with all kinds of cooking gear. There is a comfortable living room for relaxing, and a back deck with water views for sipping a beverage, grilling, and chatting. The main bed is very comfortable. The home has a washing machine and drying rack, great for travelers like us. We appreciated extra touches in the kitchen like espresso pods, a great selection of spices, and nice pots and pans. It is easy to walk all of Bicheno from this location, either to grab a coffee or take a stroll along the rocks. There are good sunrise views from the back of the home. This location is a great jumping off point to several national parks, Bay of Fires, and lovely east coast beaches. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The Lisdillon Coach House is a very comfortable and well appointed house set in a beautiful and peaceful location. With private crystal clear white sandy beaches a 4 minute walk away it’s a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Walk the beaches and see the bird life whilst reading up on the colonial history of the area. We’d definitely recommend it and look forward to returning next summer.

Highly recommended! Beautiful surroundings and quiet. The suit was squiky clean and has some toys for kids. Beds are super comfy! We felt like at home!

Dave and Joey were the perfect hosts, made us feel so welcome in their space. Apartment was perfect for our family, close to the town centre and quiet. Will be the first place I look up when we return to St Helens!

Great cozy place, very close to wine glass bag and has good restaurants around.

Beautiful spot with stunning decide

Quarterdeck Apartments was a fantastic place to stay and visit the Binalong Bay and Bay of Fires area. We enjoyed the spectacular view and the ability to walk across the street for a swim at the pristine cosy corner. Dinner at the Hub down the street was a great option too. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything you need to have a great stay. The view from the deck was great and there was a lovely barbecue area out the back.

Great hosts and a great location. Lovely views from the deck and spacious living area. We walked down to Governors for a delicious coffee then walked down Jetty St and along the rocks and beach path. Recommend a walk to the blowhole at high tide. Would love to stay again sometime.

We had an enjoyable weekend away for Easter at this lovely spot in St Helens. Heather was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was on in St Helens while we were there.
