Restored 1940s Art Deco Apartment in Santa María La Ribera

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

You can take the picnic basket that is inside the apartment and take your coffee / breakfast to the roof garden to enjoy the view. There is a car parking space available for our guests. I love contacting my guests to make sure you are enjoying your stay and answering your questions quickly. The building sits in Colonia San Rafael, one of the city's most traditional areas which preserves the architecture and atmosphere of yesteryear. The Historical Center and metro and bus stations are within easy reach. You can walk to the Historical Center (30 min to Bellas Artes). The San Cosme Metro station is 7 minutes away on foot. The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.

Elegant and Artistic Loft on Historic Madero Street

The apartment is a single volume space at unique San Carlos building, a 19th Century ex-Hotel, recently refurbished on Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and Zócalo. You can access to the apartment 303 and the roof terrace. If you need anything or have any doubt, you can always reach me through the system or in my cell phone. It will be a pleasure to make your stay a great experience. The loft is in a former hotel in a prime location on historic Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. It's walking distance to major attractions, and is close to public transportation. Ideally, use google maps to orient yourself around the city. Amazing loft located at an old garment factory renovated as modern LEED apartment building. This building recycles all water and reuses it for the rooftop urban agriculture area. The loft furniture was carefully curated to make the area comfortable while stylish and enjoyable. The rooftop has a 360° view of CDMX, with direct view to the skyline of the Reforma buildings. The Santa María neighborhood is well connected to Polanco, the Airport, Chapultepec, Condesa, Juárez and the Historic Center.

Departamento independiente en 3 niveles y 2 Baños.

Departamento nuevo en tres niveles con espléndida vista a un bello jardín mexicano-andaluz. Dos amplías camas, dos baños completos, cocina equipada, comedor y una cómoda sala. Muy tranquilo y silencioso pues se encuentra protegido por cuatro frondosos arboles del jardín. El barrio de Santa María se ha posicionado en el gusto de la gente joven, hay una amplia gama gastronómica y es una colonia aledaña al Centro Histórico, a 10 minutos a pie del metro San Cosme, a 4 estaciones llega al Zócalo.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
