Idyllic adults only retreat located on 5 acres, nestled under Mt Bakewell, The West Wing offers a tranquil place to stay. This private accommodation has its own living room, bedroom & bathroom. No kitchen but there is a kettle, toaster, fridge & BBQ. Tea, coffee, milk, butter & homemade bread are also provided. Quality linen & furnishings have been chosen with comfort in mind. There is a large garden & olive grove to wander in & it is a 5-minute drive or pleasant 30-minute walk into town.

The Carriage

The Carriage is a luxurious, beautifully decorated South Australian train carriage that was once part of the Barossa Valley Hotel. Circa 1901, this historic train carriage has been lovingly restored with the highest attention to detail. Nestled on 10 acres of natural surroundings this beautiful property is located only 3 minutes drive from the historic village of Mundaring, 15 minutes from the town of Gidgegannup and 20 minutes from the Swan Valley with its vineyards and tourist attractions.

1914 Train Carriage - Tiny Home in Perth Hills

This 1914 WAGR built Guards Van, sits near the old railway line in farm and bushland of Wooroloo, which is now the popular KEP track for walkers and cyclists. Cute and careful rebuild creates this charming tiny home for 1 or 2 travelling light. Wooroloo is 35 minutes central to Northam, York, Toodyay and Midland, and 10 minutes from Lake Leschenaltia. Sits alongside the old post office on a garden and bush acre. In season flowing water trickles by into a winter creek. Modern, and heritage.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free wifi, wide driveway, equipped galley kitchen, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

North Cottage - Avondale Farm B 24

Simple and well-appointed self-contained cottages on 750 hectares of rolling hills in Beverley. Only a 90-minute drive from Perth, includes play spaces, nature trails, private firepit and BBQ. With three fully furnished cottages that sleep 5-6 guests each, all with private bush outlooks, fully equipped and contain all linen. A 5 minute drive to Beverely or 20 minute to York takes you to local visitor centres, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet shops, supermarkets, café and restaurants.

Settlers Cottage - part of York Cottages

Settlers Cottage has the appearance of an old farm shed on the outside, but inside you will find a quaint, quirky country cottage. Designed with families in mind, Settlers offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with both a queen and single bunk beds. Suitable for children and adults together. Pets are very welcome; however, Settlers does not have an enclosed yard, so guests are asked to watch their dogs carefully, and to place them on a lead when other guests are around.

Solace at Jam Tree Hill

Solace at Jam Tree Hill is located on the western outskirts of York, just 3km from town and in the heart of farming land. It encompasses 100 acres of open paddocks, bushland, creek lines and vast views of the stunning Avon Valley region. Solace tiny home is a sustainably built and completely off grid property, that can accommodate up to 4 people who want to escape to the wheatbelt and switch off from their lives and focus on enjoying the beautiful landscape.
