Stunningly renovated residence ideally situated in a prime location close to medical facilities, retail outlets, fine dining establishments, and entertainment options. Recently refurbished to perfection, featuring fresh flooring, modern cabinets, elegant granite countertops, new appliances and evaporative cooling unit. NOTE: There is a casita in the back of the property with its own private drive and fenced backyard. Don't worry, you have your own private drive and fenced in backyard as well!

Adobe Casita Behind Balloon Fiesta- Pet Friendly

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms.
