Directly above the studio, on the upper patio deck, there's a separate BBQ grill, loungers & dining area for studio guests. Chill whilst basking in the sun or watching the beautiful sunset! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Near Bus stops, 5 minutes from Hamilton, variety stores near by, Spanish point beach within walking distance. Breathtaking ocean views. Sit outside in the front yard with a front row view to the crystal clear waters, amazing!You will see cruise ships pass as they approach the island, summer time the water activity is even more exciting with boats and jet skis whizzing by. The sunsets are my favorite!

Centrally located cottage at the very end of a private road with gorgeous views of Hamilton harbor. Heading east from the bottom of the hill is a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and a 12 minute walk to cycle/car rental. The #8 bus route is also located at the bottom of the hill. Access to the pink ferry route in a 15 min walk and on your way pick up a coffee and pastry from local coffee shop “Lattes”. If you love to walk, the Bermuda Railway Trail can be accessed in a 10 min walk.
