Perfectly positioned, this home is situated on the northern side of Narooma, a short 200m stroll to beautiful Kianga beach and the scenic coastal walking and cycle path joining Narooma to Dalmeny. Very comfortably furnished , air conditioned and spacious. Enjoy the lovely deck with undercover seating and alfresco dining, providing the perfect indoor/outdoor setting. There is a level carport and undercover lower verandah.For cycling enthusiasts there is access to water for bicycle maintenance.

Our house is great for families & friendship groups. It sleeps 9+ people & has 4 bedrooms. There's 2 separate living areas - each with their own TV. Recently renovated, with a large fully fenced grassy yard - gazebo & BBQ. In a great location. Min's walk to Nth Broulee (Dog Beach), Coronation Drive shops (Broulee Brewery, Cafes , Surf Shop, Pharmacy), & out from our back gate to Train St shops (Mossy Cafe & supermarket), Captain Oldrey Playground, football, netball, basketball, cricket.
