Das 50-qm-Studio ist gut ausgestattet und teilt sich in Flur, Bad und einen sehr geräumigen Wohn-, Schlaf- und Küchenbereich auf. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, mit Blick auf den großen Innenhof. Highlight der Wohnung ist die große und zum Entspannen einladende Terrasse. Um Berlin zu entdecken, sind Sie in wenigen Fußminuten in einem der bekanntesten Berliner Ausgehviertel (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) und schnell mit U- und S-Bahn bei allen anderen Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

You will also find a historic walkway explaining the division of Berlin very close by....make yourself comfortable between an extraordinary past and a promising future of a remarkable city.

It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.

Our Zweifach Minilofts are ideal for up to 4 people. Within their 40 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.

Our chill 2-room apartment is very quiet yet greatly central. You will have the entire space to your own as we sublet our home while we're traveling. Located on the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, in a tiny little street running just next to the fabulous Kastanienallee, makes a perfect kick-off point in the heart of almighty Berlin.

Genieße Deine Zeit in Berlin in dieser zentral gelegenen und dennoch ruhigen Wohnung. Von hier aus kannst Du die Stadt erkunden, in Kürze nach Potsdam, ins Berliner Umland fahren und fußläufig um die Ecke liegt die Berliner Messe, das Olympiastadion und die Waldbühne! Die Unterkunft wurde im November 2022 umfassend saniert.
