Big+sunny+stylish 2bdr. Apt in the heart of Berlin

Renting my beautiful apartment on Alte Schönhauser Straße, while I am travelling. It’s on the first floor, the apartment has 100 sm, has two massive rooms, which are connected, a big kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bathrooms. It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.

In the middle of Berlin. Between 2 subway stations that take you anywhere in the city. Quiet in one of Berlin's smallest streets with a view of trees outside the front door and the wild garden in the courtyard. You are close to the city's coolest bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping centers, or spend lots of time together in the apartment with your family or friends. Großer Abgeschlossener Wohnbereich (1 Raum mit Badezimmer) in einem Einfamilienhaus im 1. Obergeschoss, mit Badezimmer, Küchenbereich und großer Terrasse. Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 60 m ² groß. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über einen schönen Garten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.

Umgeben von Cafés, Bars, 24h internationale Restaurants, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und dem schönen Landwehr Kanal. Nur wenige Schritte von 2 riesigen Parks und dem Kanal entfernt, einfacher Zugang zu 3 U-Bahn-Stationen, und somit schnelle Fahrt zu jedem Ort in der Stadt.
