The apartment was beautiful , new and spotless . Cute courtyard , lots of security and very quiet neighborhood . Very near malls , restaurants , metro and lots of historic sights of Berlin . Our host were friendly and very helpful Would love to come and stay there again soon

Had a great stay, took a few moments to locate the lockbox this may be due to arriving late but friendly locals helped. The outside initially looked quite daunting but everyone encountered locally was friendly and the place perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and the added essentials found in the kitchen were really appreciated! Bedrooms were large and we had ample space. Bedding and beds were super comfy and felt luxurious! Fab stay

The apartment is located on a busy street which has its advantages and disadvantages. Transit is at your doorstep. As walkers, we found it easy to walk to different transit stops and neighborhoods. The place itself is spacious and comfy. Nearby is a gem of a place called Cafe am Engelbecken located on a pond with ducks and swans. Check it out!

Sehr gute und pflegte Unterkunft. Die Möbel waren alle sauber außer ein Coach war mit viele Flecken drauf. Die Wohnung ist super top zu erreichen und fast von überall mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Der Preis ist gut, halte ich aber ein bisschen zu teuer. gerne wieder wieder

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Berlin. The location was excellent and easy to access, making my trip very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings due to being on the first floor with a large window. However, this didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Am besten hat mir die Lage gefallen: soooo viele Restaurants, Kneipen und Läden direkt nebenan. Louis hat vor Ankunft, während dessen und danach schriftlich gemeldet und seine Hilfe angeboten. Was für ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

Fabulous apartment in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The ideal retreat after a busy day exploring the city. Some fab breakfast places nearby and on the way to the main attractions and some great restaurants also for when you return back to the apartment.

Nice area of central Berlin, a modern, secure, gated residence complex, serviced by lifts. A short stroll to subway and tram station as well as a range of restaurants cafes and supermarket, not too far from Check Point Charlie and other "must see" locations. In short: the ideal location. But that alone doesn't make it special or "stand out." Valerie takes a different view from the usual "full apartments" that are offered by many enterprises but end up little more than a sterile, soul less commercial venture. The moment you turn the key and step inside you realise this is someones home - has a warm, welcoming vibe from the very first few seconds. Yes, it's tastefully furnished and decorated but it still manages to capture that homely, welcome feel. It has a life, a character - one could imagine Valerie there. Valerie is an excellent communicator, provides several info guides and is happy to answer questions re the locale.

I had a 3-week perfect stay. Couldn’t be better. Michael & Christiana are very welcoming, accessible and kind. The apartment was clean, organised and spacious. Ideal for 2 people. The district is calm and relaxing. They even helped me carrying the luggage and dropping me off at the metro station by car. I fully recommend!!

Heel fijn appartement voor ons gezin van vijf. Ook erg genoten van het balkon. De locatie is geweldig. Dicht bij metro, maar ook op loopafstand leuke en interessante plekken te bereiken.

Wir hatten traumhaft schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Annett und Lutz. Die Wohnung war zauberhaft eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, mit liebevollen Details, sehr sauber und absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Dazu der herrliche Garten und ein Steg direkt am See. Es war wunderbar! An einem Tag konnten wir ein Kajak von den beiden ausleihen und waren damit auf dem Schwielochsee und der Alten Spree unterwegs, und zudem waren wir am Schwielochsee selbst sowie am nahe gelegenen Mochowsee spazieren. Auch der Wald war nicht weit, und das Wetter spielte bestens mit, so dass wir insgesamt von morgens bis abends draußen waren und die tolle Natur genossen haben. Enten, Gänse, ein Biber, Adler, Schwäne, Frösche, eine Ringelnatter, Reiher, Milane... stundenlang haben wir die Natur beobachtet und hatten es richtig schön. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an euch beide, liebe Annett und lieber Lutz!

Прекрасная, просторная, теплая, уютная квартира. Особенно прекрасен был незабываемый вид из окон на озеро, который радовал и сопровождал нас каждый день. Не хотелось уезжать, все было прекрасно.

Das Häuschen hat sehr viel Charakter und Charme. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Nähe zur Havel und den Seen war toll zur Eroberung mit dem Kajak.
