Our 2 families had a great stay. Nice weekend getaway, close to our boys’ basketball tournament. Lots of room for 8 of us and if felt like home!

We so enjoyed our stay at Parris’s mansion. Yes the house is very old. I was very impressed how clean everything was considering the size of the house ! Parris has done a wonderful job with making it a comfortable space! The beds were all comfortable and the couches you could sink into! The pool was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the movie room as the weather wasn’t the best! Parris was a great host leaving us some snacks and drinks which after our trip out was so nice to come in and have. We found West Reading to be the best spots for shopping and food. Our family had a great time!

The house is beautiful. It was cozy and clean. The pictures online do not do it justice. We had a great weekend with family. We would definitely go back. Bonus that it was so close to Bear Creek Mountain after a day of snowboarding!

We chose this location for my wedding day to get ready and it was perfect plus it was so peaceful!! Definitely will be back again!! Beautiful house, surroundings and so worth the price!!!

We stayed here for a family weekend trip and had the best time ever! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and filled with fun! We were entertained at the home with all of its amenities, and because the location is so great, we went shopping and had plenty to do within a short drive, even walking distance! We will certainly be back!

I felt right at home. Charlie made it very comfortable!!!! The place lacked nothing. I would for sure recommend. 10/10

The house had plenty of room with 3 baths, 2 living areas, a modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The grounds were nicely landscaped, with additional relaxing space on the back patio. We would stay here again!

This is our second stay at this place and it was a great! We were able to do "Christmas" with local family there. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. The grocery store was right across the street for forgotten ingredients. It was a warm and welcoming stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s place. The house was easy to locate, exactly as pictured and very clean. We felt safe and had plenty of space with our two families. I would highly recommend Jessica’s place! Very friendly and easy to communicate with as well! Thanks again!

My husband and I needed a quiet weekend away and we got it here. The setting was peaceful and serene when it snowed. The internet was reliable, the beds were comfortable and the home was clean. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute drive as well.

Wonderful property and wonderful host. My colleagues from out of town were very happy with the stay.

We love Annette's airbnb for the huge pasture with a firepit, rows of plantation. It is a GREAT retreat place which I would for sure come back. Driving from Lancaster after the Sight and Sound show was easy and not too far. Although it is close to the main road, I did not experience any noise issues. Annette attends to details and provide amenities for us to feel right at home! The seating outdoor around the firepit and on the porch unwinded stress from busy city life; bonded my friends and us closer with talks in depth.

It was immediately obvious that Vanessa endeavors to b a true super host. All the extra little touches that say, “quality” were appreciated; from the soft and thick tissues, TP, paper towels and blankets to fresh eggs from her chickens, the simple country decor, and special pottery pieces. A fully stocked kitchen met every need. The location is beautiful. This modern home is surrounded by trees for privacy, is quiet & peaceful . Open the windows and door to the screened in back porch and enjoy a lovely cross breeze. The cat she mentions, Snickers, was not a problem. Never bothered us at all, just slept in a sunny spot on the porch. And finally the 11 A.M. checkout time was greatly appreciated!!

This was our third stay at one of Mike's properties and it lived up to our (high) expectations as always! The house is beautiful and so interesting. There are unique surprises around every corner, including chocolate coins and hidden buffalo nickels for the kids (and grownups) to look for. This Airbnb is comfy, cozy, and fun -- you don't need to do much outside of the property but, if you do, there's plenty nearby to keep you entertained!

We loved our stay at Country Splendor! So many amenities and special touches that made us feel right at home. The house and grounds are beautiful and peaceful with plenty of room to relax. We used the fire pit with wood that was provided. We rode their bikes. Our dinner plans even fell through one night and we were saved because of the stocked pantry and refrigerator/freezer. I can't recommend this place enough and would gladly stay here again when in the area. Thank you, Lorraine and Ron. You're the best!

We absolutely loved the unique mid-century modern vibe and peaceful surroundings. Made us all nostalgic for my grandmothers home! We usually use hotels so don’t bring towels, TP, blow dryers etc. Everything was there for us- even a power loss supply basket and s’mores making supplies. We did end up having a massive thunderstorm one night but no leaks, flying debris or power loss.

I can’t say enough about this place. Pristine inside and out. I have stayed at 5 star hotels that were not as nice. I mentioned it was our anniversary getaway and we found a bouquet of fresh flowers and a lovely card wishing us a happy anniversary on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We have stayed at several AirB&Bs and have paid much more for much less. We were unsure about how to operate the thermostat when we arrived and I texted for instructions. I received a response in minutes. The kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful water pressure in the showers (a pet peeve of mine) It’s lovely and private. A bunny greeted us every morning at breakfast. 🐰 I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

Darlene’s home was a little slice of heaven. The countryside where the home is located is incredibly beautiful and I did not want to leave. It’s a very special place and the home is much larger than it appears from the outside. The girls fell in love with Diesel the goat and loved going outside to see him and the two lambs. Thanks Darlene for sharing your beautiful property you made our stay a wonderful forever memory!

love Tammy's place! this is the second time we stayed here and this was even better than the first (that's because it was warmer out this time and we could enjoy the outdoor lounge area). you won't be disappointed staying here:)

Ericka’s historic farm house is perfect for those that love vintage charm and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked including snacks and coffee. Formal dining room and comfy TV couches that could sleep two more if needed. Bedrooms are up the 1800’s stairwell, so that may be a downside for those with bad knees. Otherwise the beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows etc. Great water pressure in the large upstairs shower (and we were happy to find there is another full bath on the first floor too). We spent time on the back porch BBQ’g and looking over the Koy ponds - and there is even feed available for both them and the massive catfish that live in the main pond. Peaceful grounds for sitting and reading, or if you like horses there are two that reside in the back fields / barn. And if you need a Christmas tree the owners have the tree farm down the road too. Overall a very freindly & accommodating family - thanks again for allowing us history lovers to wander too!

great spot for skiing at bear creek. we booked this for right after Christmas kind of last minute to ski a few days at bear creek. location was great, only about 15 min to the mountain. Victoria was very communicative and responsive. her home is very nice and was the perfect space for our family of 5. big yard and hard floors made it perfect for bringing our dogs. the breakfast items provided were really a nice touch. thanks!
