The vaulted living room has pull-out love seat for one sleeper, TV [ROKU, You Tube TV, HULU, Netflix, Amazon, Disney], Blu-Ray player and Google Nest Mini. Enjoy breakfast items like fresh eggs, juice, milk, bread, coffee, tea and our homemade pizzelle.

Holly House B & B is a new studio apartment in the downstairs of my 1930's English Tudor home. Its beautiful light-filled decor is designed to help you relax, and unwind during your visit to historic Lancaster County. Holly House offers you privacy with an outside entrance into your tranquil space which features a living room, bedroom alcove, dining space, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, and off-street parking, steps from your door. Breakfast each day will feature home-made dishes.

Beautiful restored 200 year old sandstone farmhouse on over 6 acres of land. The Green Room has exposed stone walls, hardwood floors, and original milk paint trim. Breakfasts are made from farm raised naturally grown fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, and milk. Shared rooms include: living room and TV, dining room, kitchen, and music room (guitars, violin, piano, bass, drums, flutes). Guests may interact with the animals (goats, chickens, cats, and a donkey) provided they are dressed properly!

ALL PRIVATE & NOT SHARED LOG CABIN MASTER SUITE & SUNROOM Located in the tranquility of woodland with modern amenities for your relaxation. If you desire peace & quiet away from the stress of life this place is perfect for you. An ideal place for honeymoon or anniversary getaways. My special amenity is a fresh homemade breakfast at 8:30 am that I serve in the private sunroom area. I can accommodate specific dietary needs such as: gluten, dairy free, vegetarian & vegans.

Farmhouse Room at The Clay House

The Farmhouse Room is a beautiful room, naturally brightened by the south sun shining through the large windows. There is a loveseat and private bathroom. Sleeps two people in a Queen Size bed. This is just one room in The Clay House Bed and Breakfast, and is on the second floor of our home. We also have a complimentary coffee, tea, and Italian Cream Soda bar made-to-order in our dining room! All guests onsite are welcome to enjoy the cushioned front porch swing as well!

The Ruby Room is your ideal retreat.
