Just a few minutes from the Greek Theater, UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley and BART, Chez Panisse and award-winning restaurants, LBL, and plenty more, this spacious studio gets natural light over the course of the day. Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

Beautiful one bedroom apartment in Berkeley Hills

Berkeley hills oasis - private one bedroom apartment with sunny, garden patio overlooking San Francisco Bay. First floor of single family home. 5 minutes from UC Berkeley, famous gourmet ghetto with Chez Panisse and Cheeseboard down the hill, and open space in Tilden Park with dozens of trails to hike and explore. Public transportation to downtown Berkeley and BART to SF right outside the door. Full kitchen, separate bedroom and full bathroom with shower and tub. All the amenities of home.

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Gorgeous Studio, North Berkeley, Fabulous Bay View

This cozy home away from home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Berkeley for a few days or for a few weeks. Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. This completely private portion of our North Berkeley home is usually available only Fri, Sat, and Sun nights, except where otherwise indicated on the calendar. If you plan to leave on Monday, check out will need to be early (9:00am). We usually cannot be flexible on that as we use it for other purposes Mon-Fri most weeks. Chill in the Hills-lil Berkeley Apt

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
