Nestled within feet of Rocky Marsh Run this fully remodeled, quaint one-bedroom, one-bathroom home has all of today’s modern conveniences with the charm of the 1800’s. The home is conveniently located 4 miles from downtown Shepherdstown, half a mile from the Potomac River, 5 miles from the C&O Canal and 8 miles from Antietam National Battlefield.

In a separate living area, there is a queen bed, satellite TV, private bath, propane gas stove, desk, table, microwave, convection oven, and refrigerator Outside there is a large area to enjoy an outdoor grill, and fire pit. Dogs allowed and must be kept on a leash outside. Please NO CATS. The owner is allergic.
