Welcome to our cozy yet spacious modern designed semi-detached house. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy check ins and check outs. It is in a great location, Kg Sungai Akar: Airport 9mins, ICC 10mins, Main shopping area 13mins drive. Major attractions in BSB - SOAS Mosque, Kg.Ayer, Royal Regalia is 15 mins drive. Jerudong Park and Empire Hotel is 20 mins drive. Fully furnished and has well-equipped kitchen. Great place for family and group stay. Perfect for transit for early morning flights

I can speak English, Malay and Chinese. We are located 10 minutes away drive to and from the airport. It is walking distance to a fast food place, restaurant and nearby to 2 supermarket. Going down to Bandar (Capital City of Brunei) is about 15min drive.
