Beach Town Escape - Newly-Remodeled & Gorgeous!

Beach Town Escape is an absolutely adorable cottage that has been completely remodeled during 2019-2020! It has matching vibrant beach tones throughout the entire home and echoes a very fun and cheerful atmosphere for all! It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an upstairs living area that basically functions as a third bedroom with 2 twin-size beds. The cottage has WiFi, live streaming television, and DirecTV. It's in a nicely quiet and safe location, but still close to downtown and the beach.

Private Family apartment (~1100 sqft) on part of 2nd & full 3rd floor with Lake Michigan views and 100' from Frankfort Public beach. This 1904 house was gutted to the studs and completely restored in 2020/2021. Outside deck and firepit area for guest use. One of the nicest beach towns in Michigan, so you can leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, walk to town, or bike the Betsie trail. Located 10 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Lake Michigan, wineries, breweries and more! Plenty of trails and places to explore. Canoe or float the Platte River, rent a paddle board and explore Crystal Lake, Platte Lake or Lake Michigan. Head North to Glen Arbor or Downtown Traverse City. So much to do you’ll have to make another trip!

Relax and get away from it all at this well kept Cottage with direct frontage on Beautiful Big Platte Lake. There is a dock, kayaks, and pedal boat you are free to use. A great location the home is less than a 20 minute drive to both the Sleeping Bear National Dunes and Crystal Mountain Resort and less than a 30 minute drive to Traverse City.
