An upstairs apartment with the view of Crystal Lake and year around activities. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Traverse City, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, Point Betsie and amazing food. The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Close to Frankfort, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, too many to mention Fully equipped, linens, kitchen essentials, grill, firepit, bikes, kayaks.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Easy access to trails, towns and wineries. Location is off the beaten path so you can enjoy the nearby attractions and come home to peace and quiet. If you want to be in with the crowds this is not the right choice for you. We are only 7 miles to downtown Frankfort and all that entails. Beaches are within a mile or so depending on your preference. Lots of things to do here with kayaks available and lakefront dock for a nice evening sit.

Beach House - Private Couple Apartment

Private Couples Apartment (~550 sqft) on part of 2nd floor with Lake Michigan views and 100' from Frankfort Public beach (there is 1 house between us and the beach). This 1904 house was gutted to the studs and completely restored in 2020/2021. Outside deck and firepit area for guest use. One of the nicest beach towns in Michigan, so you can leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, walk to town, or bike the Betsie trail. Cozy home on 10 acres located near Lake Michigan beach access. Perfect for couples or families looking to get away. Close to Traverse City, Frankfort, Sleeping Bear Dunes and so much more. Pet friendly, professionally cleaned. Keurig coffee provided. Fast wifi, streaming TV, central A/C, washer and dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, and towels all included. Pack and play and toddler cot provided. Hunters welcome during hunting season. Boat launch and snow mobile trails also nearby.

Newly Renovated Crystal Lake Cottage

Entire lake house with plenty of sleeping space for families. Four bedrooms and seven beds (counting two trundle beds). The house was recently renovated to add a sun room and transform the first floor into an open concept with a spacious kitchen and living room. There are two sets of washer/dryer in the basement to accommodate large groups. Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.
