Fantastic country home sitting with an incredible view that overlooks the red mountain. A quiet neighborhood, centrally located, just minutes from anywhere, wineries, boating and river rafting are all within a couple of miles. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
