Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.

A clean, modern self-contained guest house separate to the main home at the rear of the property with its own entry in an excellent location to the city, Optus Stadium/ Casino, the Swan River, Victoria Park Cafe strip, and popular cafes in the local area. There is a park across the road with a playground. Unlimited free street parking in front of the property. The guesthouse is on the bus route to the Perth CBD.
