The house comes with a washer, dryer, Roku TV’s, pullout queen couch. 2.5 bathrooms, indoor elec. fireplace, outdoor fire pit and fully equipped kitchen.Short driving distance to several popular golf courses, shops, restaurants, breweries, fishing, white water rafting, hiking, kayaking, ATV/snowmobile trails, & mountain slopes. An ideal base to explore the Green Moutain National Forests (VT) or the Berkshire Mountains (MA).

Netherwood - North Adams Guest House with Views

Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. You can use 2 more suites for another $100 each per stay (for stays up to 2 weeks). Indicate the number of suites you will need (1, 2, or 3); you'll be charged for add'l suites later.

Find connection in this secluded mountainous retreat. Enmeshed in the natural landscape, this space is only accessible via unpaved roads. Even the journey here is part of the adventure. *4WD & Snowtires are needed during winter & early spring due to the possibility of snow or mud* This property requires a lot of upkeep and the steward will likely be onsite during your stay, however the whole house will be exclusively reserved for your booking. Hit the slopes at Bromley Mountain or Stratton Mountain or in the warmer weather head to The Equinox for a round of golf!

The Gate House--Experience Vermont!

The Gate House is a historic property located at the foothills of Mt Anthony. Built in 1865, the original structure of the house served as the gate house to the Colgate Estate, one of the most beautiful properties in Southwestern Vermont. Our home is just a few short miles to downtown where you can find local restaurants and breweries. We are not far from some of the best skiing/riding in the Northeast at Mt Snow, Bromley, Stratton and Prospect Mountains.

Newly renovated cabin located privately on 100 acre tree farm. Located within 20 miles from three ski resorts, a short drive to Battenkill River, Manchester Outlets and just a 10 minute drive to VAST trails/ National Forrest. Come and stay for a ski trip, hiking, foliage viewing or to relax on the property with access to walk or snow shoe through our trails of Christmas Trees. Scenic Vermont Studio

This beautiful retreat is halfway between the ski slopes of southern Vermont and the cultural centers of Williamstown and North Adams, MA. The residence is a modern, spacious, basement apartment, part of an 1860 farm house. It has its own private entrance around the back of the house at ground level. Solar garden lights and motion detector lighting will illuminate your path to the apartment.

This beautiful Vermont home sits on 25 acres with spectacular views. We moved this sugar house structure to this land and had an architect adapt it to its surroundings. It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.
