Hit the slopes at Bromley Mountain or Stratton Mountain or in the warmer weather head to The Equinox for a round of golf!

No smoking on premises. Please note there is stairs separating the bedroom (downstairs) and living area, bathroom, and kitchen (upstairs). The stairs are steep and may be difficult for some people.

Located within 20 miles from three ski resorts, a short drive to Battenkill River, Manchester Outlets and just a 10 minute drive to VAST trails/ National Forrest. Come and stay for a ski trip, hiking, foliage viewing or to relax on the property with access to walk or snow shoe through our trails of Christmas Trees. Welcome to our beloved family home away from home. We call it Carley Farmhouse after the Vermonters who built it 200 years ago. The home is nestled on a quiet country road above Lake Sadawga. It's a retreat for families, young children, loved ones and friends, and pets. Every season is special here, from blazing fires during ski season to the twinkling fireflies in June.
