Our family friendly home is located in a desirable location, situated on a private road and beautiful setting. Peru, VT is minutes to Manchester, Bromley, Stratton, Okemo, and Magic Mnts. Renovated in 2016, our home has a gourmet kitchen, new bathrooms, washer/dryer, double sided fireplace, woodburning stove, wireless, and great room with HDTV dish network. All beds are new, and/or protected with "sleep tite" pillow & mattress protectors. Pillows are comfortable, blankets are soft and new.

Classic King+bunkbed in Historic Inn, rm 7

The perfect room for parents w/children, Inn Room 7 features a King Bed and bunkbed inside our historic Inn. A great home base for a weekend of skiing in winter or hiking & swimming in the summer. Inn Room 7 is upstairs and has a full bath with bathtub and shower. Room comes with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and other toiletries. This unit also has a mini fridge. We provide Keurig and K-cups, tea, sugars and various snacks.  Inn room 7 is not pet friendly.

Windham Room @ The Wilmington Inn- Breakfast Included & downtown Wilmington location!

The Windham is a large standard room located on the ground floor of our Carriage House. It has beautiful views of the woods on two sides of the building facing the stream. It has an ornately wood carved full sized bed and enjoys high definition cable with HBO, a closet, and a reading chair. The bathroom includes a bath and shower. All rooms include breakfast & all guests have access to our common areas loaded with games & our on-site bar.

Joseph Courtemanche Suite @ The Wilmington Inn- Breakfast Included & downtown Wilmington location!

This suite features a king-sized bed, vaulted barn-board ceilings with a skylight, 500sf living room, full-size convertible couch, writing desk, gas fireplace, whirlpool bath, and a private balcony overlooking the garden. Amenities include a flat-screen television, DVD player, complimentary wi-fi, air conditioning, and hair dryer. This sunny corner room with windows on 3 sides is located on the second floor at the end of the hallway.

Deluxe King, kitchenette,fireplace- Cider House 1

This high-end studio at Farm Road Estate has a luxury king bed and sitting area, a kitchenette with cooktop, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker (we provide k-cups, sugars, and creamers), microwave, and toaster. The living room has a 65 inch 4K Roku TV. This unit has 2 sinks in the bathroom, a full tub and separate shower. Toilet is in a private room. Cider House 1 has a private patio and parking area. Cider House 1 not pet friendly.

Wilmington Room @ The Wilmington Inn- Breakfast Included & downtown Wilmington location!

Our "round room" is particularly spacious and enjoys great privacy as well as morning sun through the bay windows. The room also has a huge Sleep 2 Live (Kingsdown) King-sized sleigh bed and an overly wide whirlpool bath. It is located in the Main House on the second floor and includes a leather reclining reading chair. All rooms include breakfast & all guests have access to our common areas loaded with games & our on-site bar.

Molly Stark Suite @ The Wilmington Inn- Breakfast Included & downtown Wilmington location!

Our most romantic room, the Molly Stark Suite features a luxury queen-sized bed, cozy living room with a full-size convertible couch and gas fireplace, 2-person whirlpool bath beneath a skylight, and complete privacy. Amenities include a flat-screen television, complimentary wi-fi, air conditioning, and hair dryer. This suite is located on the second floor atop the Carriage House and faces the forest at the back of the property.

Classic Queen – 2 Queen beds in Historic Inn, rm 5

Inn room 5 inside of our newly renovated Historic Inn has two Queen beds and 1 full bath with bathtub and shower. Room comes with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and other toiletries. This room is upstairs and sleeps up to 4 guests. Includes a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. We provide Keurig K-cups, coffee creamer, tea, sugars and various snacks. Inn room 5 is not pet friendly.
