This is a lovely little house, well looked after and in a great location. Well worth visiting.

Tilly was very friendly and understanding as our host. The house was exactly as described and suited our family perfectly. We would definitely visit again

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

We had a great stay at The Old Stables, we had fantastic weather so could take full advantage of the bifold doors being open and using the outside areas. Beds were very comfy and great showers and everything there that we needed for 4 adults. The place was so nicely furnished and clean. Bosham about 8 mins away and The 'Witterings' within 20 minutes. Would love to return!

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

The sitting room really looks like the photo and is a great place to be - both to relax and to eat. We were only four, but eight would be comfortable. The kitchen was small, but well equipped and fun to be in, open to the sitting room. Three comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one floor. Quiet, but convenient. Lucy & Richard were very responsive.

At first I didn’t want to write a review as I didn’t want anyone else to know how great this little place is - location is ideal, parking is a gem, the inside space is just perfect and the hosts great at communicating

We loved our stay. The property was a wonderful home from home in a beautiful setting. It was perfect for all of our family as we celebrated a special birthday. Mant thanks Katie for all of your prompt and helpful communications.

A great stay! Solent breezes is a wonderful location, and Jane’s caravan was clean and beautiful, with a lovely outside space. Our stay was very peaceful and located in a quiet location. I would definitely stay again.

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Amazing host and great set up for lovely get together. As a group of 10 adults with 4 kids, this was just right with ample amount of space and bathrooms which met our family needs. looking forward to staying for longer during Summer.

Had such a wonderful stay at the lodge, beautiful surroundings overlooking the lake, just stunning and the hot tub was a great edition. Lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival as well which was a nice touch.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

We had a great time and it is a beautiful location. Alison was very accommodating and let us check in early and check out late. The nearby beach is very quiet and fun. Our little one (and ourselves) had lots of fun looking for treasure among the sea shells, fossils and sea glass. The only downside (which would not put me off for coming back to this place) was the low water pressure of the shower. Overall a great experience and a great place to stay with a great host.

Paula’s accommodation was perfect - it was spacious, clean, tidy, comfortable, private, and had beautiful scenery. We stayed only one night (wish it was longer!) and had a quiet evening in on the very comfy sofas, with an easy to use TV which was also good for our toddler after a long day of exploring the New Forest (which was super close by). We enjoyed breakfast in the back garden area which was so peaceful, and lovely scenery with the surrounding animals. We took our German shepherd and there was plenty of space for her to relax both inside and out. Paula also supplied a travel cot and highchair for our toddler which made packing the car far easier for us! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again one day, thanks Paula!

What a lovely cottage. We instantly felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds. We were very impressed of the well stocked kitchen. It had everything you could need. Great host and very responsive. We will definitely come back at some point. Thank you Ben…😊

We have just spent the Easter weekend at this wonderful cottage - 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, and I have to say that Joel & Gaby’s place near the new forest is absolutely fabulous. Very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a getaway with a hot tub and table tennis in the garden. The cottage is in a great location, about 10 min drive to Paultons Park with peppa pig world so an absolute must for kids. It’s also not far from the new forest itself and Lyndhurst town. It was really tidy & clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We were left a lovely gift on arrival of fresh bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of Prosecco which was an absolute treat! I couldn’t recommend this cottage more - thank you Joel & Gaby we had a fabulous time and would stay again in future.

We loved our stay at Clarence House. The property was beautiful and the garden is lovely. The check in instructions were really clear. The apartment is really comfortable with everything that you need. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom is great. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking again in the future!

This is our second stay at James property. It is so quiet and peaceful with a lovely large enclosed garden where are dogs are free to roam. The bed is super comfortable and property is very well equipped. It is a great base from which to explore the island. James lives in the adjoining property and met us on arrival and is easily contactable should the need arise. A lovely place to stay and one we will continue to use when we visit our friends who live on the island.

We have just had a lovely stay at the caravan. The area is so peaceful and rural down a long track and there are sheep, cows and chickens which are lovely to see out the window. Nice little garden area for our dog and the caravan itself was very spacious and clean. Debbie was so nice and helpful with check in times etc and she checked in to see if all was ok during our stay. We would love to come back to explore more of the island! Thank you Debbie.
