The Studio at 33 Strawberry Lane in Leafy Constantia

Great for short business stays. Rare long weekend cancellation from 3-8 February. Pass through the shaker doors and into a wet-room-style bathroom with local Ecoco toiletries and heated towel rails. There is a ceiling fan for hot days. Then have breakfast on the padded seats in the private courtyard, washed down with some Nespresso topped with frothed milk. Should you want an early breakfast, I can provide a delicious basket of fresh items in your fridge the night before. Also I can supply a small basket of hot muffins or scones in time for your meal. There will be an extra charge for this depending on what you would like. THE STUDIO The studio (which is ideal for a couple or a single person) while small in space is compact( 19 square metres) and immaculately finished White wooden floorboards, high white wooden ceilings and white walls give it a feeling of spaciousness. White Plantation shutters give you privacy and complete the picture. Two comfortable armchairs, headboard and lampshades are in neutral linen, and the bed, which is a queen size, is dressed in imported White Company bed linen. White Company has also supplied the cotton gowns for your comfort at the end of long day sightseeing. Wi fi is installed to connect you to the outside world and a TV with a full DSTV package can be watched from the comfort of your armchair or your bed. Behind shaker doors there is a wet room style bathroom with shower, heated towel rails and toilet. Toiletries are hand-made locally by Ecoco, using personally selected essential oils. Feel free to really indulge yourself in these products. Inside the main room there is a kitchenette with white counters and shaker style cupboards. A Nespresso machine with a range of coffee types and a milk frother to replace your favourite barista . Other appliances include a microwave, mini fridge, toaster and kettle. Meals can be enjoyed either in your own private courtyard in good weather or at a very comfortable counter inside the studio. The Courtyard is planted with herbs, roses and green creepers. Here you can lounge on long cushions and sit at a bistro style table in comfortable chairs under a café style awning. The lower garden is for the guests to use. It edges onto the Green belt. There is rustic table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy a picnic or a cup of coffee etc, surrounded by greenery and birdlife. A gate in the garden links you to a number of river walks.This is perfect for Birdwatchers as well. The Studio is private and has a courtyard. The guest/s will have their own parking and access. I am happy to interact as much or as a little as the guests please. I enjoy people , but I do respect their privacy. I will be present when the guests are here. Follow mapped hiking trails right from the gate of this property in the verdant Constantia Valley. Mountains and vineyards are all around, with wide-ranging shopping areas just down the road. Take the nearby highway to beaches and Cape Town. You will need a hired car, or rely on taxis such as Uber. Bicycles are available should you wish to ride along the Green belt. The studio is ideal for a couple or for a single person. The Studio is also ideal for the single Business Person or Couple. Should you wish me to stock your fridge for breakfast/snacks etc I am happy to do this. Please respect the privacy of the guests in the cottage. ALTHOUGH WE ARE EXPERIENCING A DROUGHT HERE IN THE CAPE, HERE AT 33 STRAWBERRY LANE WE HAVE OUR OWN UNDERGROUND WATER SOURCE. However we would ask you to still be cautious with your water use.

A short walk of 5 minutes and you're in the Table Mountain National Park, surrounded by wild protea's and feinbos. A 10 min walk, and you're in the Company Gardens soaking up what this special city has culturally to offer. Uber is readily available. Descend the blue staircase and make breakfast in the modern kitchen. Original brick and stone details are whitewashed to brighten the classic aesthetic. Climb to the roof deck, unwind, and admire the breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Please note that in pick season the house is sold in full for 6 persons. If it's a big deal, we may have to charge you for it. Please leave the guest bedrooms undisturbed. This is a non-smoking house, however smoking is permitted in the outside areas. Please use an ashtray! De waterkant is the most trandy area of Cape town. Top notch restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within safe walking distance as well as the vibrant Cape Quarter and the V&A Waterfront shopping mall. But we actually recommend Uber to get around. Their services are outstanding in Cape Town. Hiphouse Penthouse is an architectural masterpiece in the heart of the cities trendy west end. The properties 300m2 of luxury living with an additional 144m2 of outdoor roof garden are positioned to take advantage of the stunning 360 degree views, whilst offering absolute privacy. The apartment is finished to the highest standards, with every amenity catered for, it has its own private pool, fire pit, outdoor bar and braai area where you can enjoy the spectacular views. The interiors are urban cool and designed to have our guests relax, work or entertain in equal measure. The apartment building has 24 hour security, access through the front lobby on Loop Street or Via the private parking garage on Buitten Street affording you direct lift access to the flat. We only rent the space as an entire home so its pretty much access all areas! We can offer concierge services at an additional cost, anything from having your breakfast made for you, to a daily turn down/bed making and cleaning service, a cocktail barman to serve you and your guests drinks or a driver/host to recommend and take you to some of the finest wineries, restaurants and tourist attractions. We as hosts are also on hand to give you some pointers in terms of our favorite restaurants, wine farms, markets, golf courses and general events and activity in and around Cape Town. Experience the neighbourhood from right outside the door, with the Bree Street buzz of bars, restaurants, bakeries, design studios and fashion outlets. Something interesting is always going on at any time — there's even a monthly street carnival. Heart of the city, use Uber, hail a cab, or use the My City Bus to get around. Cape Town is also a relatively easy city to drive in and car hire is cheep. There is much said about safety in Africa. I would say this, CT city Centre is like no other city in Africa, it is very clean and very safe. My wife is Spanish I am English and we have made Cape Town our home for these past 10 years, we can safely say that so long as you excersize the same common sense and caution that you would when visiting a City anywhere in the world you will have a very safe and very fun time in the Mother City.

The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. Mount Rhodes is a security estate nestled in the foot of Little Lions Head. My elegant double storeyd home is a short stroll away to The Vineyard Hotel and Cavendish Square. And similarly to Newlands Village,with an eclectic mix of beautiful shops, delis, cafe’s, and restaurants. You’ll love my home, because of the tranquility, space, light and magnificent views, the ambiance, the location and garden. It is extremely safe and secure.
