Quaint & cozy abode that has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds. Fans in every room. You control the heat and a/c. 2 queen beds, 1 full, 1 twin. Large comfy couch that could sleep 2. The kitchen has everything you need to make a full meal. Shampoo/conditioner/soap/laundry detergent provided! There is a small front yard and side patio. There is a large back yard not fenced in but your dogs are welcome to run in it. No parties. Quiet neighborhood. Smoking outside only. Come check out this clean and fun place!!!!!

LoveJoy's Cottage will provide you a welcome escape from your normal daily bustle. We brought old world elegance into a comfortable setting. You will have a large fully tiled residence consisting of foyer, kitchenette, living room, King bedroom, to equally large bathroom w/bathtub for 2. Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. Streaming svc only, not live TV.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.
