Enjoy This peaceful retreat, you will have your own private entrance into your cozy studio including a full bath, a comfortable queen bed, a sweet dining space, and a well-stocked kitchenette, you can spend hours reading in your comfy lounge chair or dream with God while relaxing on the back patio watching the sunset over the mountains. In a safe neighborhood, just off I 5 and less than a 10-minute drive to Bethel!

A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

This cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring nearby lakes, waterfalls, and mountains year around. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, clean, and inviting. In the forest near Lassen Volcanic National Park, you'll enjoy the mountain views! Deer, wild turkeys, and squirrels provide endless entertainment. In the summer you'll enjoy relaxing on the porch. Winters will find you enjoying sitting by the fire taking in the view from our large picture-perfect windows.

Great base for day trips to stunning lakes and mountain surroundings . . .Sparkling clean with contemporary furnishings. spacious back yard with deck and bbq. Spend time in a quiet, peace-filled getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are just 2 miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night too!
