Wow, what a great find! Sue's place was sparkling clean and had everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. I like that there were reading lamps by the couch and beds. Unlimited fresh water. Friendly pets that my pet crazy friend really enjoyed. One of the best pools on the island. The bed is very comfortable and has a topper if you want a little more cushion. Sue is extremely helpful and informative and makes your stay easy. She has great recommendations and goes out of her way to help with restaurant recommendation. The bikes were very helpful for exploring the island. Sue gives you your space if you want it but just ask if you need anything. I would recommend Sue's place 100%

Tina’s slice of Ambergris Caye paradise was all we hoped for and more! It’s perfectly placed south of town for peace and quiet. The water access, beachy sand, and pool provide you with all you need to not need to leave the house if you don’t want to! Booking boating excursions and being picked up on your own private dock is VIP ⭐️ The laundry room is clutch, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there are plenty of beach towels to not need to pack a single one. Host Eva is more than accommodating. Ask her for recommendations or to book something for you, no problem! We’re hoping Tina will house us again in the future!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

We booked Azul Visa Villa for our extended family (9 adults, 3 kids) and it worked perfectly. The separate spaces with the central pool was great for each of the families both doing some of their own thing and playing or lounging together. The compound is well-located in San Pedro-- easy to get into town or for boats to pick you up on a local dock. And the host and manager were incredibly responsive. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

There were 12 of us that stayed for about 6 nights. The staff was extremely accommodating and respectful. Brenda came every day to clean up/make our beds/and do our laundry. Manuel was our chef and did an amazing job. Even tho we came in the rainy season, we had full sun during most days. It was very well worth it and I’d recommend to anyone with a large group staying in Placencia :)

Andrea was a great hostess. She was very attentive and helpful. It was very comfortable for two people, Super well appointed. The sunsets from the lanai were spectacular! Make sure you take advantage of Edward, the juice man, who delivers fresh local juices, and the fish vendor who comes by from time to time. There was great birding from the lanai! Having access a 10 minute walk away to a resort on the ocean side with the breeze, the palm trees, and a restaurant was fabulous. We were there during an unexpectedly wet “dry season“, which made the bugs problematic. The airport noise was a little more than we expected, but you get used to it pretty quickly, and there are no planes flying at night.

this place was an architectural dream! everywhere we turned was another gem to behold! we had a bit of an issue with the heating in the hot tub but management came by to help us out. only thing I wish they were more clear on in the listing is that the second bed is a foam pad that is kept under the dining room table. other than that, I'd totally come back to this one of a kind airbnbs!

The most gorgeous and relaxing place right on the beach! It was my first time to Belize and I was blown away by how nice the villa was. Very well kept and beautifully decorated. We loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and sitting in the hammocks on the beach in the evening. The location was private and peaceful but just a short drive to all the restaurants and activities. Great local recommendations from the host too! Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property with our two teenage boys and our family friends. We absolutely loved our stay. The best parts were the beautiful deck overlooking the water with a steady breeze, the open air restaurant/café, the daily yoga overlooking the water with excellent instructors, the free access to kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear, being away from the hustle and bustle downtown yet all amenities were easily accessible on bike. Renting the bicycles for the week was 100% worth it. We biked everywhere including getting our daily groceries. Our place was very spacious and had very comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved having access to the pool right off our main entrance. The dock was fantastic. There were always plenty of loungers available and the snorkeling right off the dock was great. We saw all kinds of sea life including rays and star fish. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is THE place to stay on the island!!

Janice and Larry were wonderful hosts. Always willing to answer our questions but also very respectful of our privacy. Mermaid Manor was clean with a spacious outdoor space, good kitchen and a firm, comfortable mattress (always a nice bonus for me!) You'll have no regrets booking this gem.

Paradise Shores was an amazing place to stay! It was in the perfect location — not too far, but also private and peaceful. The resort was stunning with two pools, several restaurants, and a spa. We loved riding our golf carts around San Pedro and exploring the beaches in the area. Our host was very responsive and helped us with all of our needs, including when we couldn’t open our safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful experience. Sherri and Jim were fantastic and their place was gorgeous. They made sure we knew where to go and what to do. The property is amazing. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. They accommodated our requests and helped coordinate and rental golf carts and helped set up our beach messages. We are looking forward to visiting again!

We had an amazing time in Placencia at The White Turtle! The location is absolutely perfect! The caretakers Reuben, Rufina and their son Gilbert made our trip so special! Rufina kept the house absolutely spotless and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Reuben set up our tours and we had the most amazing time snorkeling, fishing and visiting waterfalls. Reuben knows his stuff! I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Great place to stay. Loved the location and the house. The pool was perfect for our kids. Communication was amazing which really helped during our short trip and Marilyn made things really easy and met us at the airport and helped get us situated. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to future guests.

The 2nd floor condo was perfectly described and was located 4.5 miles from central San Pedro. However, plenty of restaurants and shopping was about a 15 minute golf cart ride away. We found Indigo to be quiet and private for a comfortable stay on Ambergris Caye. The pool was nice and clean and the grounds were kept spotless. Unfortunately, sargassum (seaweed) is at the beach, so no swimming unless you want to wade in it. We enjoyed having our own personal concierge with the property management team on site. Angel and Alishia were fantastic and helped us with our tours and providing transfer to and from Tropic Air, and supplying us with our golf cart. The only comment about the condo we stayed at was the sloping of the floor and balcony. It was concerning. We understand this issue is in the works to be remediated this year. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Indigo and unit 4B.

Fabulous location - the house is set back from the road far away from the hubbub of Placencia Village. Wonderful to have our own a private beach with vegetation on either side so that you never saw any neighbours. To top it off was the manager Santiago who gave us our privacy yet kept the grounds pristine. He chopped down and opened a couple of coconuts for us. Great guy.

I cannot say enough about our time and experience staying in the penthouse at Wish You Were Here... From the views from the deck, the comfortable space inside to the sunsets on the dock - all were completely magical! My wife and I loved riding our bikes into Caye Caulker as well as sometimes taking a taxi ride in as well. Cindy and Don's place was a perfect beginning and end to our day - away from the activity of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here! It is a slice of paradise!

Everything was wonderful at the rainbow villa. It was spotlessly clean. The AC was cold. The pool was clean and the beautiful dock was perfect to be picked up for a trip. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The truck stop, a nice little breakfast place, rum dog, highly recommend, would come back!!

This place is absolutely a hidden gem, located away from the hustle & bustle - which my husband and I found really appealing. It felt like being on a private beach! The host, Angel, was absolutely amazing, and provided everything we could need and went above and beyond (coconut water on the beach, always checking in when we saw him, kept the beach area on the property pristine). So long as you are up for longer cart rides, you will not be sorry you booked at North Beach. We highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back.

If your looking for the perfect paradise, this is it! The estate was so beautiful and well kept. It had a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were so comfy, we had the best nights sleep, and relaxing rain showers that made coming home after exploring even better. The staff is amazing and attentive, we opted for villa pre-stock, so we wouldn’t have to get groceries, they offered daily housekeeping and a free laundry service, and have the best concierge. Terri made our trip so memorable. She had wonderful recommendations and non fell short of spectacular. We were able to lounge right on the beach of the estate, this private villa is the definition of relaxation! Being on the north end of the island is truly the way to go. We spent half a day in town (which is really all you need) and the rest traveling around to see all the island has to offer. There are so many places we wouldn’t have experienced if we didn’t venture out. This was the perfect private and quiet escape we needed!

We absolutely loved this space! No TV; no AC; no problem. We live in Belize, in a home with no AC, so not having AC wasn't a problem. Beside, the breeze off the sea was amazing! For TV, we simply streamed on our devices. We loved the private beach; the pier and the beautiful blue sea and morning sunrises! The place is roomy and comfy. Several restaurants are nearby and Placencia is just a short drive. You do hear the traffic on the road, but you get used to it and it really isn't bad. Not to mention, you spend most of your time enjoying the great outdoors and experiencing the area. We will definitely be back again!

Our family of four had the perfect stay at the Moonflower. It was just as described. Clean, spacious and with a truly unbelievable view of the Caribbean. Easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating when we arrived unexpectedly early. Hammocks in the yard, plenty of space for kids to play. Felt safe and relaxed. Highly recommend!
