This is one of 10 units on a beach property called Island Magic Villas, located on the north side of Caye Caulker. It is located across "The Split" which means it is only accessible by boat. There is a public ferry that makes trips across to the village all day long. Guests can walk, ride the resort's golf cart, or bike approximately a third of a mile from the property to the ferry at The Split. The property has a large swimming pool, and a full service restaurant and bar.

Please read all before you book! This is a " Budget Room" at a Beach Resort with GREAT Location, but has courtyard views. Yes, its new, its modern and has AC, ceramic tiles floors and Pvt. bathroom. Yes, you get to use the beautiful pool that does have sea views- but the room does not . Yes, your a few steps to the beach, and water taxi and restaurants . This is a great value to stay at a beach resort, great location and great price
