Eine wirklich gemütliche Unterkunft, die zentral gelegen ist. Allerdings verspeerten mehrere alte, ausrangierte Boote an Land die Sicht auf das Meer. Zudem lebte unmittelbar vor dem Haus ein Obdachloser, der leider seinen Müll dort hortete. Das Restaurant Carolines Kitchen ist direkt nebenan und hat Mittwochs Ruhetag. Man ist fußläufig sehr schnell in der Stadt, am Flughafen und auch am schönen Strand auf der Meerseite. Daryl ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Trotz allem kann man die Unterkunft empfehlen, vielleicht verschwinden ja die Boote wieder und der Obdachlose kriegt sein Müllproblem in den Griff. Ach ja, die Unterkunft liegt neben einer kleinen Kläranlage und je nach Windrichtung, ihr könnt euch den Rest selber denken...

Wow, what a great find! Sue's place was sparkling clean and had everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. I like that there were reading lamps by the couch and beds. Unlimited fresh water. Friendly pets that my pet crazy friend really enjoyed. One of the best pools on the island. The bed is very comfortable and has a topper if you want a little more cushion. Sue is extremely helpful and informative and makes your stay easy. She has great recommendations and goes out of her way to help with restaurant recommendation. The bikes were very helpful for exploring the island. Sue gives you your space if you want it but just ask if you need anything. I would recommend Sue's place 100%

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My sister stayed in the downstairs room and loved the outdoor shower. She felt it was private and rejuvenating. The home was very clean from top to bottom. Practically everything you need (from dishes to seasonings to beach towels) are present. The air conditioner also worked very well. We loved the outdoor space as well. The views from the roof are awesome (though the mosquitoes think so too, haha). The private beach (shared by the 2 homes and the hotel) is so chill. We also liked the hotel beach bar. We never used the pool or went to the restaurants. It took about 12-15 minutes to get down the dirt road, where there is a fruit stand and a few restaurants. It never felt too long or daunting and there are streetlights most of the way except right by the house and a little bend along the way. Eva was great. She was super responsive and gave excellent recommendations. A+! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if back in San Pedro.

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, I would. Comfortable home and matched the description & photos. Neal and Charmaine live downstairs with their wonderful & sweet dogs (a huge highlight for our son!) and both were fantastic about local recommendations. Neal even offered to take us on a private boat tour! We also frequented Charmaine’s cafe in town which serves great food, coffees, & desserts. Beds & furniture were comfortable and kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Two thumbs up!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Amazing place .. I would highly recommend this accommodation. I was a bit nervous with the limited reviews but don’t worry and book this place. Israel and Mary the hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful with all our needs. You can walk anywhere from the residence . Have no worries when booking this Airbnb.

Awesome home! About 1 1/2- 2 minute walk to the beach. It has limited sand area, but is a lot more private. Secret Beach is directly across the island and has plenty of things to do and eat. I would suggest buying groceries at the store right after the bridge on your left when leaving San Pedro, has more to choose from and is a lot cleaner. There is another store closer to the house, but the options seemed less. Stock up on the first one and fill in as needed at the closer one. There is also a very small convenience store right behind the home, very limited but has a few things. Since golf carts are the standard mode of transportation, they were able to set that up as well. Of course on the departure day it rained pretty hard. Daniella was able to arrange a last minute cab ride and returned the cart for us. Thank you Jaime and Michael for a wonderful stay!

Nice place, very clean and staff was friendly. Definitely would recommend. Make sure you have mosquito repellent and we did see a crocodile at the dock next to ours.

Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

I cannot say enough about our time and experience staying in the penthouse at Wish You Were Here... From the views from the deck, the comfortable space inside to the sunsets on the dock - all were completely magical! My wife and I loved riding our bikes into Caye Caulker as well as sometimes taking a taxi ride in as well. Cindy and Don's place was a perfect beginning and end to our day - away from the activity of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here! It is a slice of paradise!

My family and I had the time of our lives! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us book tours along with bike rentals. The amenities were unbelievable from the dock, the beach area, the pool, and free SUP boards. The maids and the grounds staff kept the grounds and pool looking beautiful. Thanks for making our family vacation spectacular!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location and view. Walkable to great restaurants and bars. Water shuttle and water excursions were all close by. We rented a golf cart but only used it twice to get to secret beach (which there is a paid boat shuttle available) . Next door to a great restaurant especially breakfast. Would highly recommend!

The location north of the bridge kept us away from the busier climate of San Pedro, but close enough to get there quickly for groceries, dining and ferry service. The on-site restaurant and bar provided a great meal and entertainment on our first night as weary travelers, and other times as well. Bartenders and waitstaff were friendly and fun. Front office staff James and all were always helpful, giving us tips on activities when we were unable to dive due to wind conditions. This two bedroom/two bath unit was great for us, two couples.

The cottage was perfect for us! Private, secluded, comfortable and a 2 minute walk to a fabulous beach...Koko King Beach! The good morning palapa in the back yard, facing the reef is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sun comes up and the east facing covered porch is great for afternoon/evening hangout. Sunsets across the street at Koko KIng are the best. Have to admit we were skeptical with no AC but the fans and the ocean breezes kept us cool and if we got hot...we jumped in the sea. Also, we had no bug issues. there are 4 good restaurants on the north island now and a basic convenience store for most of your needs. The split ferry is a 5 minute walk. Can't say enough good stuff about this place except...see you next year as we WILL be back. Thanks for sharing your home.

This was our first visit to Belize. It was our best vacation yet. The country is beautiful. San Pedro and the cayes were fun and relaxing. Monica’s place is in the perfect location. Easy access to all the fun spots and just as easy a place to relax and unwind. The condo is cute. Immaculate, well decorated and has all of the necessities. We absolutely loved our early mornings reading in the hammock. The host was helpful and responsive throughout. We hope to visit again and won’t hesitate to stay at Monica’s next time.

This place is SO cute. Tip of the hat for the architecture and design choices, wow. If you like staying in really cute places, this is it (don’t laugh: cuteness is one of my AirBNB prerequisites!). It is right next to the air strip and you’ll hear planes if you’re at “home” during the day. Each airplane takes like 5 seconds to take off or land so it’s not a big deal at all. This location is not near the hustle/bustle of Caye Caulker. Personally, I like this because I love crushing my step count on vacation, and I also prefer to sleep away from the noise (no airplanes land at night). But if you don’t like walking, not a problem: there are tons of bikes to borrow, and it’s extremely easy to grab a taxi golf cart. The pool was so welcome after a long, hot day. I really liked the place! It’s a bit far from things, so just know that if it’s important to you to be near stuff.

I had such a wonderful time during my stay! I really appreciated having a washer and dryer, along with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion readily available. It felt so nice to have two TVs and two air conditioning units—it made my stay super comfy! I even invited my family over for lunch, and they were so accommodating when I asked if it was okay to have guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I had the best sleep! Additionally, the location is fantastic—so close to the airport that you can easily walk over. I noticed some pretty lively activities nearby starting around 9 AM, but otherwise, it was quite peaceful. I can't wait for my next visit to this lovely place!
