Small & pleasant studio, 10 min walk to anywhere

This is the perfect place to experience Belgrade be it business or pleasure. The studio is very small (13m2) but offers everything you'll need for a short and comfortable stay. Cozy colorful flat in downtown Belgrade

Best thing about this house is that it does not require compromises : You want city center but also peace? You will be 12 minutes walk from the main city street, yet the house is in the small side street so no traffic noise. You want city but also nature? You will be 12 minutes, by foot (but opposite direction), from the river side, parks and playgrounds. You want both privacy and security? Good, cause this is a wide and cozy home settled in very safe and always locked building.

Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. This little studio aparment for two is located right in the centre of the city, but this is the real centre, "golden" centre.
