The single-level studio is perfect for a couple or business travel. Amenities include a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, induction cooktop, grill, electric fireplace, washer and dryer, luxury cotton linens, and a king mattress. Filtered lake views on a quiet street with plenty of driveway parking for vehicles and RV hookups (220V hookup may also be used for EVs). Walking distance to Knotty Pines Marina, Big Cove, and Lake Almanor Resorts, restaurants, and a convenience store.

**No City Tax!** Perfectly private Paradise One Bedroom apartment - located conveniently off Pentz road. This spacious home is well suited for a business traveler. With an appointed kitchenette including a mini fridge, convection microwave, and coffee maker, you'll find all your needs met in this newly renovated and peaceful home. Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.

Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Little House in the Big Woods

This guest-house cabin is nestled on our family’s 5 acres in the pine forests of the Sierra Nevadas. Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. Recharge in solitude or get out-and-about to enjoy the countryside. There is nearby hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, & swimming. Also only about an hour drive to beautiful Lake Almanor and the amazing gem of Lassen National Park.

Two mile bike ride to the world famous High Sierra Music Festival in July and top notch mountain biking trails.

Meyers Ranch Cabin - Hot Spring - Patio - Farm

Words and pictures don't do this place justice. This beautiful cabin, with pine interior and gorgeous views, has its own lawn and private patio. You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.

Storybook Suite

We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Oak Knoll

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.

Seasonal and year round creekside location provides a relaxing environment. 1/2 miles of well maintained gravel road makes for a lovely walk Gateway to Mount Lassen and Lake Almanor. Sweet Mountain Suite

One bedroom attached suite. Directly across the highway from “South Park” mountain bike trails. Hiking trails and swimming holes near by, fenced in backyard with a forest view and just 4 minute drive from downtown Quincy, Ca! Large parking area for oversized vehicles. The one full bed is mostly ideal for one person.

This cozy home is located at Serene Wild Plumas California Campground, explore the campgrounds 50 acres with trails and creek access and it is just a quick 10 minute drive to Lake Almanor.
