This cottage style home was built in 1880 and is one of the oldest houses in Eureka Springs. It is nestled near a creek that runs year round and provides a beautiful setting and soothing sound. It is in town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, and yet it is very private with no neighbors in sight. You can step across the street and get your mountain bike on one of the most popular mountain biking trails in Eureka Springs. There is a hot tub, and we are pet friendly!

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

There are no animals allowed under any circumstances do to health and safety, severe allergies and safety of free range chickens on property.

Don't be fooled by the functional exterior, the inside is a cozy and welcoming place to relax after a day of mountain biking, hiking, or enjoying NWA's restaurants, breweries, and internationally acclaimed arts culture. Ideal for two, a hide-a-bed sofa accommodates two more. We're low tech, no wifi, cell service is good. We also have over the air digital TV.
