This basement room is a good value, with a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, plus double bed in separate area behind the couch in your private living area, with dining table, coffee maker, fridge and toaster oven. The bathroom has a new shower and vanity, needs a few finishing touches but everything operational. Enjoy all the amenities this 10 acre place has to offer, with hot tub, bikes, canoe, or bring your winter gear.

This 4 bedroom home is only 2 blocks from U of A Augustana campus, and 2 blocks from downtown. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs make it a great hosting house, with bathrooms on each floor. **This house is rented by Augustana students during the school year, and on Airbnb for the summers. This home reflects its student rental status and is priced as such. **Think bare bones here - you've got beds, bathrooms, full kitchen but NO wifi or TV (I know I know...sorry!).

Our serene spot deep in the woods provides endless nature to explore. Our old-fashioned rustic cabin is the perfect place to reconnect and recharge with family and friends. Relax and unwind with the whole family or just the two of you. Our comfy beds and large hot tub will give you the recharge you need. King, queen, 2 sets of bunks and 2 pullouts.
