Swanson Cattle Company Bunk House. Ranch/Farm/Hunt

Newly renovated home in the midst of the Swanson Cattle Company farm & ranch. With fresh paint and brand new furnishings you will find this farm/ranch home a classy way to spend time in the country and away from the city. Open area kitchen, dining, and living room allows guests to communicate with ease. Look out the window and you will see livestock, pheasants, wild turkey, and many other things a farm and ranch has to offer. Sit on the private deck and watch the beautiful Nebraska sunsets.

Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Vintage downtown spacious upstairs apartment

Spacious vintage upstairs apartment with hard wood floors, high ceilings and tall windows. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry and Gym in the same room. Gym has treadmill, stair master and free weights. Huge bar/game room has a pool table and games. Deck overlooks downtown. Large bedrooms with closet/drawer space. It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it.

The Shop House

Finally, somewhere to stay in Bertrand Nebraska - Unique property. It is a shop house (or Barndominium). loft-style living room over 2 bedrooms, one bath. Living room seats 12, dining table sits 8+2 at the island. The rest of the building is the owners own space, but can be utilized if there is a need. Options for washer & dryer + second bathroom are available. Great for family gatherings or visits, executive overnights, hunting or whatever brings you to town.

The Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse is the perfect getaway for Work, Family Fun & great Outdoor Activities. Conveniently located in the town of Cambridge, NE, with ample parking for multiple vehicles, boats, RVs and dog trailers, it is located near the Cross Creeks Golf course, community park with swimming pool, jogging trails, frisbee golf, water sprays and a few miles from Harry Strunk Lake. We service the working community for the railroad, hospital, ethanol plant and more.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

Fishing and Hunting Getaway!!

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.

Prairie Dog Lodge

This is a rural getaway location that has a beautiful view of the country side. It has a full kitchen that has all the amenities of home. The kitchen comes with plates, silverware, cups, cooking ware. Bathroom has a washer and dryer. Bathroom also comes with towels. BBQ Gill is available-Propane Dog Kennels are also available with water and food bowls

Morse Drive House

This is a very cozy house with 2 bedrooms and a single bathroom. It's conveniently located in Phillipsburg in the middle of town. We have off street parking for two vehicles that can drive right up to the front door. This is a great alternative to the hotels in town if you're looking for a small and cost effective place to stay while in town.

Liberty Lodge

Liberty Lodge is located just minutes away from Kirwin Reservoir. The reservoir is known as the goose capital of Kansas. It also known for its great walleye and crappie fishing. The lodge comes with everything you will need for your stay. DirecTV television, large garage to clean game or fish, and plenty of parking to park vehicles, boats etc.

Cheerful newly remodeled 1- queen bedroom

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Unwind with the amenities of an indoor electric color changing fireplace, rain fall shower. Crane Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located just one mile south of I-80 this quaint studio cottage is perfect for a quiet, clean, and cozy stay. The Platte River is just a short walk from the cottage and it is situated on 10 acres!
