Lovely Cottage in Beaufort w/ State Park Beach Pas

This adorable but well-appointed farmhouse cottage is located just a few streets from the heart of DT Beaufort, in the desired neighborhood of Pigeon Point, with easy access to the boat launch. Just a few blocks from Bay Street and the Marina, where great shopping and outdoor dining with breathtaking views of the harbor await. A relaxed and inviting space, style, and beauty combine to make this special cottage a much sought-after resting space for a memorable vacation with your loved one(s).

Cara May Cottage

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Private cottage in the pines

This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Boat parking available on site.

Peaceful River Retreat Near Historic District

This tranquil, private, river retreat has incredible views of the marsh and the Beaufort River. Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort. The LowCountry Gump house is central to great restaurants, Downtown Beaufort Waterfront Park, and only minutes to Parris Island. The space is open living, easy access, and located in a quiet friendly neighborhood! We have a Hunting Island Beach pass available for use during your stay. Pack n’ play provided in the master closet if needed. We have board games and cornhole boards! We have a coffee bar as well with coffee, cream & sugar for the morning. We offer 10% Military discount.

Less than a mile from Downtown Beaufort and just a block from the bay, you'll have easy access to the attractions of the area. Bring your bikes or rent some to enjoy the 10-mile Spanish Moss Trail, located just 0.4 miles away. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs under the massive live oak in the backyard. Plus, a pass to Hunting Island State Park (16 mi) is included! 9.1 miles to Parris Island
