Great location!! We love how close it’s to North Beach Bear Lake. Briggs was great host. He was quick to respond. Loved the backyard.

This was our first stay at this location. I hold a yearly health retreat / class and this turned out to be the perfect location. My ladies were able to walk to lake, walk in mountain behind lake, play pickleball, dip their toes in hot tub at club house. There was plenty parking, probably more than stated, which was awesome. We had 20 people come and they all enjoyed the different sitting areas for relaxing and chatting. 3 kitchen really helped us prepare food and store food easily. There is tons of storage space. They allowed us to bring our smoker, and griddle so outside was our kitchen. The garage is a clean and organized space I was able to set up 6-6’ tables for everyone for meals and teaching. Meg and Mae were the best most responsive hosts ever, even extending a courtesy late check out (although we were able to leave barely on time) thank you again, we will be back for another retreat! My attendees felt like queens!!

Great location. Very roomy house for our multiple families that stayed and very nice. Plenty of room to park. The pool and amenities were a lot of fun especially for the kids! Private beach access was convenient.

Darlene's place is spotless! It is in a great location inside the gated community and has the best view of the lake! Our family used the porch most of the time! It fit our family of 9 perfectly and was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Darlene was very responsive with some questions we had and checkin and out went super smooth! We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back in the area. It's super close to the lake, north beach and Garden City. It does have a private beach, although at the time was inaccessible, due to high waters, but if we had been able to use it, it would have been a huge bonus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice, quiet area. The home was clean and pristine on arrival, yet still felt cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

Kip was a great host, and available on property at all times! If we had any questions they were right there to answer :) Charming and roomy accommodations! We loved that each room had its own bathroom, rooms are all spacious and well appointed. During peak season days on the weekends, the road noise and traffic was a bit loud, but on slower weekdays days we hardly noticed it. Beachfront accommodations across the street can get crowded so best get up early to grab your spot. We were even able to anchor our jet skis for easy access. No air conditioning, but the delightful lower temperatures of Bear Lake, kept the house cool. We were pleasantly surprised and didn't miss the air conditioning. Kip made sure that we were able to park all of our vehicles and our boat! We appreciated having the extra space for that! The additional rental at the back of the property shares parking but was not rented out for the entire duration of our stay, so we were able to utilize the space.

the bikes were fun but most were broken, but don't go up for the bike rides, this home was fun and unique and close to bear lake, it was so fun to do the scavenger hunts inside. the master bed was so comfortable and the board games were fun.

We liked how close this was to our location for the weekend. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. We had everything we needed so didn’t even need to reach out to host. There was plenty of bedding, pillows, and blankets available for our group which was nice. There were other people around (guessing from rental below us) who had a dog not on a leash and that freaked my kids out, they blocked one of the entrance a few times. We also had to wipe down table and counters as there were dead bugs but this may be due to location. I did have kids and there was no grass or really anywhere for kids to play outside so if that is what you are needing this may not be it. There were some toys for younger kids inside but that was it. There were a ton of cottonwood trees and this caused problems for my daughter that has severe allergies. We were happy with the space for everyone as well as the double refrigerator that was available. Great place to stay. Will book again!
