Grandpa’s Attic

Take a break in this tranquil loft getaway. Grandpa’s Attic is an open-space studio that offers a kitchenette for a dorm-like retreat. There is one twin-size and one queen bed to rest and gaze into the hint of indoor twinkling summer Dakota skies. The private bathroom is fully stocked (towels, soap, etc) with a shower, toilet, sink. Get cozy in the corner to watch TV, read, or enjoy a walk in the peaceful surroundings. Be sure to enjoy the local fares and sights before continuing your journey!

Glendive Makoshika View Home

Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat featuring three bedrooms and one and a half baths. Two main-level bedrooms include queen beds, with one also offering a futon. The basement has an additional bedroom (no egress window) with a queen bed and half bath. The home has many updates while retaining vintage charm. Just minutes away from Makoshika State Park and the Yellowstone River, you'll have easy access to outdoor adventures. Plus, steps away a park with a splash pad and playground.

Located in the heart of downtown Dickinson our loft is the perfect place to call your home away from home. Whether you’re in town to visit friends and family or need a place to relax after visiting Medora and the North Dakota badlands, you can cozy up in our two bedroom two bath loft. Our loft also has a beautiful chef’s kitchen where you can prepare home cooked meals if you like to cook or is in walking distance to several great places to eat if you want someone to do the cooking for you.

Badlands Bunkhouse

This unique property is within walking distance of everything in the small town of Wibaux, including restaurants, a brewery, town swimming pool, parks, horseshoe pits, and basketball courts, but also central to Makoshika State Park (30 miles west) and Medicine Rocks State Park (67 miles south). A 32 mile drive east, puts you in Medora, ND, a great little town with an old west feel, home of the Bully Pulpit Golf Course, Medora Musical, and Pitchfork Fondue as well as many other attractions.

The apartment is on the second floor and has two entrances, one through the open front lobby and up the stairs 12 stairs up, plus 3 to the right). The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans for cooking and coffee and juice. Come enjoy Montana and relax in the comfort of this unique and warm living space.

Private, modern tiny cabin (12’ x 33’) 1 mile from Makoshika State Park. The cabin includes a private bath, kitchenette with hot plate and microwave, stocked cookware, Keurig, fridge with freezer, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. Sleeping includes a queen bed and 2 twin loft beds (ladder access). Private porch out back & shaded picnic area. Located in a small RV park in a safe industrial area. As a working railroad and cattle town, occasional train or livestock sounds may be heard.

King's Guest Ranch Vacation Heaven

Our ranch is close to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Medora, Medora Musical, Maah Daah Hey trail and restaurants. We offer a different experience than you will get it Medora. The ranch is a peaceful retreat while being an easy 8 mile drive from town. Guests routinely tell us the ranch rivals the national park for scenery and its right out their door. An added bonus, the drive to town is spectacular. If you need Wifi we have free Wifi in our guest lounge in our garage.

Guest Favorite Gladstone Valley, two bedroom B&B

This stylish country place is close to the enchanted Hwy, which has 70 to 80 ' high sculptures along the road. When you take the I-94 Gladstone exit you will see the 80 ' high "Birds in Flight" sculpture. At the end you will be at the enchanted castle. We are 40 miles from Medora & Roosevelt National Park a must-see destinations. You have a private entrance & patio. A BBQ bar with a pizza oven on the upper deck. Outdoor fire pit & (3) kayaks to use on the Heart River below.

Small, one story pet-free, smoke-free home available for rent. This house contains 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living area, and laundry. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds while the third offers a twin trundle bed. It is clean and updated with central air and heat. Wi-fi available as well as an outdoor patio with grill enclosed by a privacy fence. Keurig available, bring your favorite K-cups. Parking includes on street parking and one off-street parking space.

Comfy with views of the badlands

This location borders Makoshika State Park. You'll enjoy views of the badlands right outside your windows. This park offers a variety of activities, from hiking, disc golf, guided dinosaur adventures, and other events throughout the summer months. You will also be close to the downtown area, where boutique shopping, coffee shops, and bars are located. The Yellowstone River is also right there, offering trails and agate & hunting. We also welcome hunters to the area.

Lone Butte Ranch-Cedar Post

The Cedar Post was built in 2021. This log cabin is one of 3 cabins located on our working cattle ranch. We are located in the heart of the Badlands, only 14 miles south of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit, and 65 miles north of the TRNP South Unit. We have miles of hiking trails or riding trails if you prefer to bring your horses. This secluded cabin has it's own private hot tub and all your modern amenities but still has that rustic feel.
