Hit the Beach from The Spot in San Luis Obispo

Located a block from the ocean, having a private space to make your vacation as comfortable as possible are wonderful. The year round adventures that await in San Luis Obispo are what creates your stay. From the ocean, amazing restaurants, wineries, and endless places to explore families and adults alike will enjoy. We look forward to hosting everyone. Come enjoy the Central Coast. The property is proud to offer keyless entry to allow for a leisure check in and out. The key code for front door and garage door will be provide on the day of check in. There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

Tucked away between the bay & breath taking Montana de Oro, this place won't disappoint! Relaxation & serenity is achieved in every inch of this beautiful home. Ideal for the outdoorsy types since it's so close to some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails & views the Central Coast has to offer, to incredibly tasty restaurants along the trail of the bay, to a movie & dinner in. No mad of your preference on how you spend your time, this home and town will have you begging to stay longer.

Dog Friendly, SFR big fenced Backyard No carpet. 5 min walk to the water at the Back Bay of Morro Bay and great eateries. This is our second home and stocked like it. Perfect for the active visitor for photography, kayaking, surfing, stand up paddle, bike rides, wine tasting, golf and fishing. Soft beds. Landscaped with patio furniture, umbrella, corn hole set and BBQ"s. Store gear in the converted garage game room with glass garage doors and epoxy floors. Dart board, games. Close to beaches.

Downtown Vacation Cottage - 200 Steps to City Park

Our renovated historic cottage is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! This original carriage house is a turn of the century building and has a peek a boo wall into the original barn door which is still in place! The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

Our cozy cottage is truly a hidden gem featuring 2 bedrooms 1 bath that was built in early 1920s and retains most of its sweet charm. Right downtown and a quick walk to the Embarcadero and beach. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, music, shopping, movies, coffee and more! Morro Bay is short drive to Wine Country, SLO, Pismo Beach, Cambria. Bring your pets we love all animals! Amazing 4bd 2ba Pismo Cottage just steps from the water! The main house is 2bd 1ba with a large kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room. The back house is a 2bd 1ba "studio-like" space connected to the main home by a beautiful deck with an outdoor shower. This is the perfect property to house multiple families! Large fenced lot with parking for up to 5 vehicles. Centrally located and just a few blocks from the pier!

Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.
