With 2,800 ft of waterfront on a small, quiet lake it's highly likely you'll see the resident loons, beavers, moose, & highly unlikely you'll see anyone else. Fish the lake, take the canoe for a paddle, or just enjoy coffee by the fire & watch the train come across the lake. Enjoy a quite stay on a wooded lot in the heart of cottage country! The cabins are conveniently located within walking distance to the lovely town of Dorset, Kawagama Lake and Lake of Bays. The scenic lookout tower, hiking, snowmobiling and ATV trails are all at our doorstep. In town you can find restaurants on the water, Robinson's General Store, a bakery and an LCBO. Come swim in the pristine waters, fawn over the fall colours or go for a rip on your snowmobile. It's all here to explore!

Nestled on 1.5 acres among majestic trees and granite outcrops, creates beautiful views from the deck with BBQ, fire pit, hot tub or massive windows throughout the cottage. Water dam and river across the road create relaxing waterfall sounds that are heard from deck or enjoy it close up from the private shoreline deck and dock. Cottage on the Muskoka River

The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.

Lakeview Cottage on Peninsula Lake Located in Muskoka on beautiful Peninsula Lake with 200 feet of waterfront, this cottage has an amazing western view to watch evening sunsets. There is a sand beach with a gradual walk-in to swim and a dock. For the adventuresome there is a canoe, peddleboat and two kayaks. Also there is a fire pit, shuffleboard court and horseshoe pit. The cottage is close to Huntsville, Arrowhead and Algonquin Parks. No pets please...no exceptions.
