We really enjoyed the stay! It was right down the road from Purgatory and great facilities!

Kristina's condo was as described and very comfie! Everything we needed was there!

The place was perfect! Just as described and very well stocked with everything that was needed. Amy was very helpful and quick to respond. Amy was even proactive to reach out and ensure that our stay was going good and if we had any questions. Amy was so helpful when we realized that we left something very important at the unit, which was completely our fault. Amy coordinated for us to get the item back and that was a great relief!! The property is in a great quiet location that is close enough to Durango and close to Purgatory, but not in a busy area. We loved our stay and would surely stay again!!

A quiet and comfortable place to stay. Bed linens were very soft and clean. We had everything we needed for a family of four and lots of room to spread out. Instructions to find the place were easy to follow. There are a lot of stairs to reach the house but for us wasn’t a problem. Great location to access downtown.

Loved being right at the ski valley for the weekend. The condo is small but we spent most of the time outside of it so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The robes were a nice touch and we appreciated them when we went up to the rooftop hot tub! Only complaint is that the drip coffee pot should be replaced or cleaned. It took about 20 minutes to make the small pot of coffee (5 cups). Otherwise the place was great and had everything we needed for the weekend!

Nice stay. House was clean and neat. Cozy spot. Was perfect for my son and I. Would absolutely stay again.

Rachel’s place was wonderful for a few weeks stay! The complex is very quiet and about a 5 minute drive to Purgatory. The first floor unit had wonderful views and great morning light! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a meal, there were some cleaning supplies, and some toiletries were also provided. When we had an issue come up, Rachel was very responsive and addressed it very quickly. We really appreciated that! :)

This place was spacious and close to the ski lifts- 5 minute walk. We liked thatbot had separate beds in the spare bedroom so our kids didn't have to sleep in the same bed. It is overall a nice place.

This was a perfect spot for our family trip. Close to Mesa Verde, Silverton and the Million Dollar drive. The view from our condo was amazing I would definitely recommend!

Home was beautiful couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The views were beautiful we were able to walk to the small shops in purgatory resort.

Amazing location and super helpful host

To say our stay was outstanding would be an understatement. The views from the bedrooms and living room were peaceful and just gorgeous. It was so nice to wake up to the beautiful trees and snow. It was a fully stocked house that exceeded our expectations. We drove to the ski resort each day 3 days and returned to a relaxing evening with cooking a nice dinner and enjoying the fireplace. We even enjoyed the hot tub after skiing one afternoon, which was so nice. Location was perfect. We drove to Purgatory Resort and to Durango to explore the shops/ meat market- easy in and out with ease. This was one of our top favorite family vacations. 2 adults with 4 kids (teens/ youth) and we had plenty of space. We will be back. Highly recommend.

This unit was positively perfect! The bunk room was a huge hit with my young granddaughter, the well-appointed kitchen made it a pleasure to prepare meals, and the thoughtful touches (cozy blankets for lounging on the sofa, high quality cookware, a cabinet full of board games) made our vacation absolutely great! Purgatory has lots of activities and the swimming pool was a very popular activity for us all week! The unit was immaculate and luxurious, which made me feel right at home. We will book again next summer, I promised my granddaughter!

The parking space provided does not accommodate a large vehicle (truck). There is free parking on 3rd avenue which is just one block away, but it does make it difficult to load and unload your vehicle if needed. However, once parked we didn’t need to use our vehicle again to get to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking into the downtown area for meals and entertainment.

I would definitely recommend this house! It is in a great location and has wonderful amenities. Having the restaurants, pool, and hot tub in the neighborhood was great for our family. The 3 full bathrooms were a bonus! We would stay here again!

Lisa's place is great because it's very close to Purgatory and she is very responsive before your trip and during your trip if you need anything. Her place is perfect for two people!

The place was very nice and just as described. It was less than 2 miles from Purgatory ski resort so it was perfect if you plan to ski!

Great location for skiing. Stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be to have key pad for entry instead of 1 key. That way as people want to return to condo you don’t all have to be together.

They were beyond helpful and understanding! Amazing communication and fast response with everything. We really enjoyed the place and appreciated how clean and organized it was. Thanks!

My wife and I really enjoyed Rick’s condo. It is more attractive inside than the pictures indicate. In particular, the kitchen counter is very attractive and appealing. This condo is on the top floor, which can help minimize noise. There is no elevator, but it is only one story above the parking lot entrance level. There is a nice ski locker, so no need to schlepp the ski equipment into the condo. The host Rick was gracious and responsive, telling us that the condo was available to enter an hour or so before the usual check-in time. This really made our day. We sat on the chairs on the patio for coffee and enjoyed the nice view. The walk from the condo to the lifts is genuinely on a few minutes. Also, the two bedrooms are opposite sides of the kitchen and living area. This affords a little more privacy. Next ski trip to Purgatory we’ll definitely book this condo again.

Great place with plenty of room! Close to the slopes so we didn’t have to worry about driving or shuttles. Tons of helpful things in place for us to use for cooking and things.
