El tren urbano, restaurantes, centros comerciales, hospitales, universidades, supermercados, farmacias. A 2 minutos del Centro de tennis Honda, Campo de Gulf de Bayamón y la UPR. A 3 minutos de Costco Wholesale, Chillis, Chick-fil A, Zizzler, La Parrilla Argentina y muchos mas... A 25 minutos del aeropuerto y hermosas playas en el área metropolitana.

Comfortable ground-floor studio in a quiet Bayamón neighborhood, fully renovated and thoughtfully designed for an easy stay. Enjoy a private bedroom, modern bathroom, queen bed with quality linens, and separate kitchen. Beach towels and chairs included. Equipped with solar panels and battery backup for added peace of mind. Just 10 minutes to Plaza del Sol and 30 minutes to San Juan. 🚗 Dedicated parking included. A car is highly recommended.

I’m sure you will enjoy the apartment as I care for it with love for the enjoyment of others and myself. The apartment is completely private, no shared spaces. Feel yourself at home!
